Lovely staff and plenty of space and amenities in the room. Great central location, We will stay again next trip.

Reserved multiple rooms for a work function. Arrived to find out that my booking was cancelled due to staff error, no comms provided. After a while of waiting, managed to secure vacant rooms albeit smaller/less than what I’ve paid for. Follow-up done but refund/compensation provided. Good accommodation but very disappointing handling of their reservation error.

Nice property in the centre of Ballarat, with easy access to other areas of the city and surrounding areas

Wouldn’t recommend. Dirty sheets and had no body wash in shower. They never bothered to make sure it was full before we checked in.

Quest Ballarat was very comfortable. It was very well appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The Quest was also within walking distance to town.

When I booked Quest I asked for a ground floor room and they replied that I they could accommodatemy request (Gave them 3 weeks notices). Unfortunately when i checked in I was given acroom on the 2nd floor. Idid mention my request and the receptionist did look but said there were none available. The room was comfortable, however their was no soap on the sink in the bathroom. When I asked for some I got told they were waiting for the order to arrive and that they had run out. Not good enough really. Apart from those two set backs the apartment was nice, and central to eating areas. Not sure if i would stay again as i feel it was overpriced for what we got.

Nice place to stay

The apartment was nice and clean. Single ply toilet paper is very cheap. Individual car parks should be allocated to each apartment, many were taken by work utes and we had to park on the street. Locality was good, close to Sturt St and main shopping area.

Reception staff were excellent. Room was fantastic as was parking. Towels were quite thin but everything else was excellent.

Good location, but our room was on the same side as the building site next door. Sunday night stay, Quest was not fully booked. Work started before 7am. Mentioned to reception on departure offered an apology. More attention required when allocating rooms.
