The door was faulty, the blankets and towels were stained black, and the lights weren't working.

The room was very old and didn't match the price. They probably forgot to check how clean it was before checking in; there were urine stains on the toilet seat. I had to ask the housekeeper to clean it again.

It's a very nice room. Big bed, spacious room, good value, delicious food.

There is no Wi-Fi in the city center. There are problems but they are not fixed. How can you check in customers without internet?

The air conditioner is not cool. The old air conditioner is very noisy. The color on the wall is peeling off. It is not worth the price.

Inform the customer when checking in if we have children staying with us that they have to pay for breakfast. Don't just go sit down and eat and then walk up to the dining table and tell them. It would be great if you could clearly state this to the customer.

Everything is very good except the bathroom has a musty smell and should be improved.

This is a 4 star hotel, no soap in the shower, no shampoo, toothbrush or any other toiletries. Breakfast didn't have coffee 😞.
