Need to have lots of improvement on hotel facilities. Especially food and Wi-Fi access.

The staff are friendly. I used to stay in this hotel since 2018, it's convenient to go shopping nearby and also near the hospital. Overall, it's quite comfortable to stay there, but nowadays the facilities are not as good as before.

A year ago, staying at this hotel was uncomfortable because there was a 'ghost' at that time, like someone was peeping through the mirror in the room next to the bed. Now, from the first day to the third day, it's comfortable. But there were no tissues on the table, only toilet paper. Also, the shower water was not hot enough, even though it was turned on full heat, it was only that hot. And the sink was a bit clogged. On the last day of staying, the person next door was really noisy outside at night, then knocked on the door, he wanted to enter his room, banged loudly like that, so it was noisy.

Free parking is commendable, the bed is very comfortable, however I cannot stand the shower dirtiness.

Always stay here, maybe next time get a discount,,, hehe

4-star hotel but inferior to 2-star. Cons: The female receptionist was rude upon check-in, the room was not very clean, she was careless when tidying it up, some parts of the bathroom were broken. Hot water was enough for 1 person only, the second person was starting to get cold, even though there was a 15-minute shower interval. The room door was a bit hard to open. Toothbrush was rough, inferior to a 2-star hotel like City Central Hotel KL. Stingy round soap, 2 people were only given 1. The property was not well maintained. TV broadcasts were very limited, smart TV but couldn't use YouTube. Pros: Strategic location. 4-star prices under 1 million are okay, but friends staying near jetty quay for around 300 are even better. Spacious room.

If you ever go to Malaysia again and stay in Malacca, I recommend the Imperial Heritage Hotel Malacca. Everything is close by. It's conveniently located in the city center. And the friendly receptionist is top-notch. 😍🥰

Please improve the cleanliness of the toilet. The toilet walls should be thoroughly cleaned, and the toilet curtain should be replaced.

No shower screen, not even a shower curtain. Water flows into the entire bathroom when bathing. No toothbrush, laundry bag, etc.

If you go to Malacca, you'll definitely stay here. In terms of cleanliness, I think it's okay (it just depends on the room, and some things like the torn curtains need replacing). Otherwise, it's fine.

In terms of service, it was pretty good, but not perfect. The room was dirty, dusty, and the ceiling and wall AC didn't work, so I ended up having to move. Next time, please inspect the room before selling it to a guest.

4 star hotel ok close to mall pahlawan. but check in is late for family room at 6 o'clock only then get the key. so if you bring small children it is really hard to wait for a long time. this hotel does not have a swimming pool
