All was good, personal frendly, room clean!

Staff friendly and approachable. Lovely sea view from the 1 bedroom suite. Excellent value for the money. Easy walk down to the harbour. Up hill on the way back but plenty of taxis

This hotel is one of the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed. very clean rooms and great staff.

Great place for an overnight stop in Kaşadasi / Ephesus. 24hr service and economic. Street parking available on the front and the side streets, which have less traffic & wider lanes for those worried about a their car gettinf swiped by oncoming traffic (though local drivers seem very good at avoiding those mistakes).

La Bella Suite Hotel is located in calm, noise free neighborhood. We love the space, facilities, balcony, There is enough space for parking on the street at the front of the hotel. Breakfast is wonderful, highly recommend for booking breakfast too.

Big room with sitting area, balcony for fresh air. Friendly staff and lovely bar and pool area

A quiet and comfortable room with a refrigerator, kettle, single AC unit, and a separate bedroom. The staff were friendly. Several stores are close by, but area lacks restaurants. Location is in a residential neighborhood on top of a hill a few blocks from the lookout point between the old town and ladies beach. The hotel a very steep climb from the port or the bus station, and a bit easier trek to the beach. Unless you’re ready for a hike, transportation is recommended.

Average hotel. On last day a very arrogant receptionist insisting NO breakfast and NO late check out despite there being plenty of available rooms (checked availability on a few sites). This isn't the first time VIP "exclusives" aren't available. Think Hotels.com are conning people or just don't check what they promise is being delivered.

Hotel is in the middle of a residential area up a very steep hill No restaurants within walking distance everything a taxi or short walk then Dolmus. Booked a “luxurious room” luxury not quite how we felt? View from balcony was great and staff were super helpful. The hotel would benefit from a bit of upgrading.

Though we were given a bigger room the sofa bed was uneven and not enough.the door of balcony was not latching due to which entire house was getting very cold breeze. The bathroom fittings were not upto the mark.basin had cold water.very limited choice of breakfast . No packed breakfast available. No room service no intercom . Location also very alienated. There are much better properties on sea front in same rate.

Hotel needs renovation and needs to be more clean

Easy to walk to main street and beach area. About 15 mins downhill . Uphill challenging but take rests. Beautiful area and close to ladies beach and fortress also, staff always helpful

For the price is really good.

No great shakes. Walls are paper thin so hard to sleep with people speaking loudly. Only positive thing was receptionist named Gul. She was sparkling and positive.

Staff were friendly and the accommodation was always clean. I would stay again.
