The room is clean and well maintained. The staff are accommodating and helpful though they speak limited English. Breakfast is ok but if you want a protein based breakfast then its not for you. The properly is beautiful. Very cosy and surprisingly silent considering its proximity to the square.

We messaged the riad through Hotels.com but got no response. When we arrived, they initially couldn’t find our reservation, though they accepted it after we showed confirmation and asked us to return at 2pm. They did hold our luggage, which was helpful. The staff were nice and helpful. When we came back pass 2pm. the room still wasn’t fully ready, which wasn’t a big deal. The riad felt a bit worn down. The curtains were a bit annoying, with large gaps on the sides. Shower handle is on the floor because the handle holder is broken. Great location though.

Very very accommodating, very clean spacious rooms. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay central. We needed to leave 30 min early, they were so accommodating upon asking and provided a morning breakfast. Also, breakfast isn’t buffet style - it’s sit-down like a restaurant and it took about ~30 mins for me and my partner to eat. Very fresh breakfast, very authentic and would definitely recommend.

During my stay, the air-conditioning unit in the room was leaking continuously throughout the night, causing the bed to become wet and making it extremely uncomfortable and unsuitable for sleeping. It also made dripping noises all night long. I reported this issue to the front desk immediately. Despite acknowledging the problem, I was informed that no alternative room was available as the hotel was fully booked, leaving us with no option but to remain in the same room under these conditions. The hotel staff assured us that the issue would be repaired before the evening. We spoke with the hotel manager, who said he was on top of the situation and will have it completed and provide provided a business card. However, upon returning later that day, the air-conditioning unit had not been fixed. We were then told that no technician was available to address the problem. Due to these unacceptable conditions and the hotel’s inability to resolve the issue, we were forced to make alternative arrangements. We did not stay for the full duration of our booking, as we had to spend most of the final night elsewhere and only returned briefly to collect our belongings. This situation falls well below acceptable accommodation standards and does not reflect the service or quality advertised. I have pictures.

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was nice. It was loud at night but thats what you get for staying right by the main square. I think overall it was a nice place to stay. My only real issue and why I didn't rate it 5 stars was the guy who checked us in. We booked a taxi through the hotel which was 30 euros. We were dropped off near the square and one of the guys with carts was waiting to help us navigate and bring our luggage to the Riad. When we got there the receptionist told us to pay the guy 5 euros, which was fine but a little off in our opinion as it was an extra cost not advertised. The receptionist then tried to charge us 35 euros for the taxi and only backed down when I showed him the email with the booking saying it was 30 euros. He also tried to double charge us for the city tax. He also wouldn't let us pay in dirhams at first as he "didn't have change" which ended up being a lie as he relented when we didn't have euros and gave us change for our dirhams. Its an okay hotel and a good price on paper, but I would be cautious and double check any extra fees they ask you to pay in cash.

This charming Riad is located about 2-3 minute walk from Jemaa El Fna. Which is a perfect location for your Marrakesh getaway. The staff are really friendly, accomodating and genuinely want to help you out. The room is spacious with modern facilities but maintains a decor of a traditional Riad. The breakfast was so yummy and filling and we did a private hammam and massage in the Riad which I would recommend.

The stay was nice and the room although small was comfortable and nicely decorated. The TV wasn't working properly and the internet was down the first night. Staff was not particularly helpful and was more interested in asking me to write a five-star review.

I booked at the last minute to join some friends who were staying in a different riad which was unfortunately fully booked for the dates I wanted. I requested an airport transfer but the driver didn’t show up so I had to sort something else out. I had managed to get the last available room which was a “superior” suite but I’m not sure what the difference is between that and a standard room. My room was very noisy with background noise from the main square plus people talking in the street outside my room as well as motorbikes starting up and leaving engines running for several minutes in the early hours. This, combined with a very uncomfortable bed (too hard for me even though I like a firm mattress) and a very cold room (an electric heater was provided but it wasn’t very effective), made sleeping very difficult! The good points - the riad was clean, the staff were very friendly and kind, breakfast was good, location (apart from the noise) was excellent. However overall, I don’t think the riad offered good value for money even if I allow an increase for being there over the New Year.

The place was beautiful, bed very comfy!! The breakfast was big and delicious, and the riad was right in the middle of everything so very easy to get around. The only issue was that we had to move rooms twice- not sure if it was a miscommunication as my French isn’t great, but other than that, it was perfect.

The hotel itself was great no issues, think its family run so there is always someone at reception. You get a nice Moroccan breakfast every morning. It is a little bit hidden so your better off asking the taxi/driver to get you to Jemaa el-Fnaa market and walk from there. It might seem a bit back alley to get there first time round.T here is air con and a heater. You can buy bottled water from them but there is a little shop seconds round the corner. The hotel has an excursions book, prices are in local currency and cash.
