Very nice and rustic interiors. Products and furnitures are made from recycled items. The only thing I hate is that they are too slow in serving breakfast. Their “unlimited” coffee was useless as well since they won’t bother giving you another round, even though I’ve followed up several times.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary, and the overall experience was amazing. We love how the hotel was built along the main road, and can be easily located. The hotel is right in front of a mall and is nearby to almost everything. As soon as you get right off the bus, there you will find the hotel welcoming you right across the road if you are going the way to the Sky Ranch. To reach the hotel, you have to take the foot bridge to get to the other side of the road. The hotel's classy exterior is appealing with its wooden façade that brings you the feel of nature. As you enter the hotel, you will be greeted by their friendly and courteous staff, and a very cute and sweet dog named 'Blue', which by the way tells us that the place is a pet friendly hotel. The hotel interior is one of coolest thing on earth. Most of which our DIYs (Do-It-Yourself) - from the front desk to tables, to chairs, to their decorations. There is a Christmas tree built on books and papers, hanging decorations made out of popsicle sticks, and more. To right from the lobby is a showcase of some organic products that are sold at very reasonable prices on a 'BYOB' (Bring Your Own Bottle) theme. There is a game area with free use of board games (e.g. sungka, scrabble, wooden blocks stacking, etc) -- And yes, we love the sungka game! It brought us back to our younger days. There is also a water dispenser on each floor The 3-level hotel has inviting common areas for places to hangout with friends and families. There is the hotel lobby/rooms on first, more rooms on second, and a Mexican inspired resto bar on third/roof deck, which has a spectacular view of the Taal lake from mid-morning until afternoon. We arrived at the hotel passed their check-in time of 2PM. The check-in process was as smooth as silk. We were asked for a security deposit, filled out some forms, handed us the key to our room door, and off we go. We booked a Garden View room, which they had on the ground floor and to our surprise, we have been assigned a room facing the front desk. At first it was awkward to have been in a room that can be very welcoming to other guests for a free view of what's inside our room. Although our privacy can be compromised, we did not bother to request for another room as eventually, we just got used to it. We have not had any issues except for our room's door that does not come with a double lock system. (If you are not that vigilant, you may have lost something inside your room as the door knob pretends that it is locked but if you try to check it from the outside, you will see that it is still open, unless you pull the door really hard when you close it.) We got welcome drinks each night of our stay (served from 5PM-7PM) and free breakfast every morning (served from 7AM-10AM). The breakfast comes with either a hot coffee, hot chocolate, or brewed iced tea of your choice - mind you, these are all refillable! Downside was that the resto bar that does not open until 5PM so you will be left with no choice but to go out and look for an alternative restaurant to feed your hungry tummy. The Garden View room was really not we were expecting it to be. The room is quite small with a decent sized bed for two, a lavatory with a big mirror, and a toilet and bath. The room comes with a small DIY wooden table and low stool chair, a split type air conditioning unit, classy ceiling fan, and a wall mounted flat screen television, with cable channels that rarely has a signal. Thankful that the wifi signal was in good shape during our stay. Everything in there is made out of wood and recycled materials which are very impressive, only that the wood interior brings a soury smell inside the room but can be tolerable. The noise from the outside can also be heard inside the room. May be a need for an acoustical treatment is necessary for each room as passing vehicles and guests staying in the common areas can easily be heard. If you are to visit the mall from the hotel, you must take about a 5-min walk to get to the foot bridge, which could be difficult to those who are carrying heavy loads or not that fit enough for strenuous activities. This idea however brings safety to commuters especially that the road is open to all types of vehicles - trucks, buses, cars, etc. If only the foot bridge was stood near the hotel, we could have always gone out and taken a cool walk at night. The idea of climbing up and down the foot bridge made us to stay more often in our room. Another cool thing about this place is having their female resident dog 'Blue', who we fell in love with since day one. She is so cute and lovable. We even bought her a pack of dog food, which she really enjoyed. Every night before we go to sleep, she always make sure to drop by our room and say her good night. In the morning, she always hangs out with us on the roof deck when we are having our breakfast. Aside from the hotel's uniqueness and beauty, another reason for us to go back is to see this adorable creature that we terribly miss. This hotel is a sure 'go back place'.

I definitely had a superb stay. It's cozy, spacious and has the friendliest staff I've encountered with. It's indeed a must try and is just a walking distance from one of Tagaytay's malls. It gives you that "home sweet home" vibe the moment you step in!

Accommodating, approachable and friendly staff. The room is compact, the bed and pillows are so comfortable. Clean room and complete set of toiletries. WiFi connection is good too. Location, it is accessible so public transportation is easy. Ayala serin is just the other side of the road so you can eat and buy some stuffs during your stay. My friend is vegan so I asked if they can prepare tortang talong. The cook made it! They have selection for food which is good. Food was tasty. Plus factor: happy hour where in they will give free wine to guests. Not sure about the exact time but maybe 5:30 - 7:30 PM. Kudos to staff and the management. Overall our stay was great! Yes, highly recommended.

It was great because the hotel is clean and nice, staff are friendly and helpful, location is great as it is right at the heart of Tagaytay, near malls, restos and churches. They also offer a glass of wine as welcome drinks, I love that. They have a cute resident bichon frise in the name of Blue. And of course they are an environmentally friendly hotel ;) Rooms are just really small and they could improve on breakfast food selection that’s just either bangus or tapa. So if you’re staying long here, you gotta have to get used to that each morning ;)

Hotel is decent for the price we paid (around 3,000 pesos per night), clean and cozy. Good location. Just across the Ayala Serin mall.

The hotel is opposite of Ayala Mall and just beside Pamana Restaurant. Its easy to locate. Checking in and out was quick. 1K security deposit upon check in. Room is small and bed sheets was not thoroughly cleaned, though comfortable. Employees were courteous and food was average. Pets are allowed (with fee). Free wine was served in the evening. Although not perfect, overall our stay was nice.
