Was more outdated than I was expecting but was great

This was the most horrible experience ever at a hotel we got there at 1am and was given key cards for an occupied room we went through 5 key cards for that room before a guy came to the door and said u have the wrong room then the room they tried to replace it with was only one bed and we needed two beds we finally got situated around 2:30 am it was a nightmare the clerk at the front desk put the couple in the occupied room in our reserved room

They charged us an extra 10 dollars per person over 12 and I was traveling with another single mother we both have children that were 15. This was not indicated when booking room.

Very clean and close to the highway. Getting to the parking lot is a bit tricky as it is not clearly marked. The rooms and the property were in good shape.

Breakfast had alot of options. However the room seemed outdated. The only light in the room was lamps and the none of the lamp outlets worked.

Didn’t stay was unable to locate entrance at 10 at night. Ended up back on highway and booking another hotel. Was unable to get refund. Hotel needs a properly marked entrance if not on main road. Navigation takes you to the hotel front where there is no entrance

Everything was great except all of the soaps, shampoo was empty and needed refilling. Excellent staff working front desk during evenings and day time

It was OK. Hotel needs updating in decor . Don’t like carpets . Beds aren’t comfortable and pillows are not feather. Hotel is quiet despite being near freeway . Breakfast is mediocre, eggs are powder, not good selection. I wouldn’t stay there agin . Positive is the stuff , they ware nice , and room was clean.
