Perfect stay

Close to main highway with easy on-off access. Comfortable, spacious room. Breakfast buffet is adequate. Good parking area.

Front desk horrible. Pool closed hot tub broke, the room had no pillows or bedding for pull out bed. We canceled and left we went to another town at a different hotel

The room looked like it was redesigned yesterday. It was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of options. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was clean and served its purpose for one night stay. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Pillows could be a little better but overall it was nice. We would stay here again.

Upon arriving, lobby was unlit and very hot. I was a solo female traveler and the check in clerk said my room number when handing me the key with other people in line behind me and workers in the lobby. Please train your people to slide the key without giving the room number. Basic safety protocol.

The manager and staff were friendly, personable, knowledgeable about the area, and very accommodating. The room was clean and big enough. The exterior was well kept and had nice landscaping. The room rates were appropriate.

Good, small town hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Building is older, but clean.

The hot tub and the elevator were both out of order. The hot tub was out of order last time we stayed there, which was a year ago. They advertise as you will have access to these, knowing they are broken.

Front desk wasn’t available to check me in for 50 minutes from 12:10 to 1:00. I was stuck waiting in the front lobby waiting for someone to show up to check me in after a long day of driving. Then he lied to my face and said it could only have been 10 minutes.

Elevator not working

Easy check in , breakfast was great and staff was outstanding.

Elevator not working. (front desk personnel were apologetic). Computer was slow for check-in. (again front desk personnel were apologetic about this, too). Towels were old, thin and scratchy. Sink not behind bathroom door so necessary to disturb companion in the middle of the night (design issue). Toilet loud after flushing and took a long time to stop running

All I smelled was weed all night

Nice property. Best hotel in Madisonville TX. Right across the street from Buc ee's and easy access to I-45.
