This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The wine and cheese afternoon time with music was great! Staff were excellent.

A fabulous hotel in the centre of the city. Staff were both friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the complimentary cheese and wine each day a very nice touch. High Note bar superb

Rooftop views were amazing

A fantastic experience at a true 5 star hotel. The hotel was centrally located next to St. Stephens. All of the staff were friendly and helpful; especially Gellert, Loren, and Katy. The room and shower were very comfortable. The room temperature did not quite get cold enough but I like it quite cool so others may not mind.

We stayed at this hotel before taking a Danube River trip. Great location and nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The roof top bar was beautiful!

This is a unique hotel with marvelous customer service, located next to St Stephen’s cathedral. The rooftop bar has outstanding views across the city. One of our best ever stays.

We loved the location and the spa!!! Gary in the breakfast area was so helpful and Sophie at the front desk was awesome.

Had a great stay. The staff were unbelievably kind and helpful. The location can't be beat. The food and drinks were top notch. Definitely going to stay again next time we visit Budapest. Two complaints are the air-conditioning does not go down below 18°Cand the shower in our room was ridiculous. It was just a narrow shower head so it shoots a narrow stream of water. The stream is so narrow that it does not even cover your whole body while you're under it.

An amazing hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Amazing rooms. The musicians in the lobby Friday night were incredible. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was wonderful - from the rooftop bar to the live music and wine tasting in the afternoon and friendly attentive staff - we lived this place. Great location too.

Great hotel with a nice music theme

Loved this hotel !

The customer service was amazing, the food was great and the hotel really had a unique experience to offer with the music theme of each room being based on a different musician. All staff were able to converse in English.
