I stayed there for 3 nights they never made the bed , even after I asked them to.did not replace shampoo in shower after first day. Entrance door was mot sealed you could see light all around it. They have really gone down hill sine the last time i stayrd there.

Room was nice , bed was comfortable & clean could have had some additional towels in room but everything was nice & great Value.

clean adn friendly.. not very professional as there was clutter everywhere on grounds. They did get me a ground floor room when I asked. Very convenient location. There is not much to choose from in Summerville.

Room and bed were clean but walls and door were dirty. Well priced. Quiet.

The hotel was adequate for our needs but we were VERY disappointed that the jacuzzi tub in our room was out of order. This was never mentioned to us at the front desk when we checked in. Would have really helped after a long drive. Good location and the room was really big!

Fine for one night considering price

Needs cleaned, updated and revamped, the bathrooms are gross, mold growing on tub walls, tv looks like it came from salvaged place. The office glass enclosed reception area is a disaster even my 5 year old said it was gross. The room next to reception area looks like a hurricane went thru. The room had a terrible odor. Not going there again. Third world countries have better motel facilities.

I enjoyed my stay. The check-in attendant was sweet and cordial as well as the checkout personnal. The room was nice and clean too.

Check in was easy and the man at the window was friendly. The room however was obviously old although it had new carpeting it was dingy still. The bed was horrible! , hard and lumpy, and almost intolerable. It also looked like it wasnt very really clean. I had my blanket and slept on t on that with my clothes on. I had booked for 2 nights but checked out esrly and forfeited my 2nd night and didnt get reimbursed.

overall ok, walls and doors could use a good cleaning. pillows were flat and bed was hard. we would stay again for a quick overnight trip if needed. only big complaint is when we were checking out at 6 am, we rang the bell multiple times and i even called the hotel 3 times to get someone to the front to take our keys and give us a receipt
