Lovely characterful hotel. Convenient for train and short walk into the beautiful town. Weird lift but it worked fine! Great breakfast. Only downside was some noise from port during day, but not an issue for me as I was out and about. Would definitely stay again in this characterful and atmospheric hotel, but just one night next time.

As a Wallander fan I loved the opportunity to stay here - and I wasn't disappointed. A lovely characterful building with a very decent continental breakfast; and a funky lift!

Loved our stay at the Stationen b&b…the property has lots of character and charm. Our room was great with a good view to the port. Breakfast was very nice. The location was fantastic to explore the town…&obviously very near the station

Very nice building (the former train station). Simple and elegant.

No tv or wash basin in my room ,but personal wc and shower just down the corrider. Excellent central location ,adjacent to Ystad railway station ,bus station ,and ferry terminal .The staff were lovely and helpful ,with an excellent spread at breakfast. The B&B is a must for all Wallander fans as it was the police station in the second series starring Krister Henriksson , both outside and inside.I stayed in Room 11 ,the office next to Wallander's (Room 13) ! All-in-all good value for money.

This is a quirky B&B, being right on the quayside of the port. Noise from the ferries is confined to during the day, and it’s a great location for the station, the ferries, buses and walking into town. The rooms are simple, but clean and adequate. Free kitchen facilities and tea / coffee are provided, along with fridges, and vending machines. Lovely building, and helpful, friendly staff.

Excellent little B&B / Hotel. Not a full service hotel but very cozy despite the train station and ferry terminal next door. Very quite.

Right at the station, so no way to get lost getting to the hotel. Room was quiet big. The shared bathrooms were always clean, but I didn’t feel comfortable using the second one along in the first floor as the window faces a unit of flats that can clearly see straight into the bathroom. The breakfast was great, nice variety on offer. Staff were always friendly.

Really nice and new private room. Good facilities such as a shared kitchen and fridge. Great location and surprisingly quiet. For breakfast there was some choice but it would have been nice to have more e.g. catering for non-dairy diets.

Amazing facility right at the train station & ferry harbor right in the old terminal building. The spacious room looks out onto the busy harbor. The brekky is generous and includes juicy fresh fruit.

This is a serviceable hotel. Rooms and décor very clean. Downsides: right by the port so you might be disturbed by ferries (in reality we weren't really disturbed by the noise) and also you had to make your own bed! This is not what you want after a long day travelling
