The area is great and safe. The beach is beautiful and clean. The staff was good, the breakfast was good. However, the name and address on my paperwork was completely wrong. The furniture has seen better days. The sofa looks dingy.

We had a nice stay overall, especially as a family with children. The heated pool and indoor spa facilities were excellent, and our kids really enjoyed spending time there. The location is also a big advantage, with very easy access to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also impressed by the children’s activity programme. The staff member in charge was very enthusiastic and engaged well with the kids, which made a great impression on us. However, there were a few disappointing aspects. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain, and the towels also had an odour, which affected our experience. Overall, it is a good hotel for families, but some improvements in cleanliness would make the stay much better.

Very friendly staff throughout, pool, sauna and spa facilities great my better half said. Just round the corner to the beach but the two pools and plenty of loungers were also an option. Parking was plentiful but it's not on-site, it's street parking. My only gripe was apartment doors didn't have slow/soft closers so everyone seemed to slam their doors shut and children running, screaming & crying up and down the corridor often (not the hotel's fault this bit mind but some signs or comments to people on check in to be considerate).

Hotel was not what it seemed in the photos. Pool only open for a couple hours a day, pool opens extremely late and closes extremely early. No ability to get coffee in the morning. They never serviced room or replenished towels. No Tissues in the room. Uncomfortable beds. Limited hours for breakfast/lunch. Way too many children. Awful, loud children music and activities in the evening. Never replenished water in the room. Not close to many restaurants.

The hotel itself is super family-friendly with entertainment and activities for all ages. From kids’ programs to evening shows and wellness options for adults, there’s always something to do. The food was excellent — fresh, varied, and delicious at every meal. What truly stood out was the staff — warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really made us feel at home. Parking was also a breeze, with plenty of spaces available, which made getting around the island even easier. Highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation in Alcúdia!

Had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The stand out part of this hotel were the staff. Very friendly and welcoming to us on our first ever stay. Room was very comfortable and food excellent. We’ll be back.

Overall good experience with nice room, great view, excellent spa and good food. Not so good: Lack of kids’ entertainment (a kids disco was advertised every day and happened only once), lots of ants in the room (had to buy ant baits from the supermarket)

Good facilities, lovely staff, right next to the beach, cycling facilities, family friendly. Not a lot around it and a bit out of town, was glad to have a car, but it is on a main bus route.

Lovely hotel , bit of pain getting beds by pool in morning having to que . staff and entertainment team were all very friendly and helpful ,the shows at the hotel were good entertainment team worked hard on those. Sometimes the service at pool bar was a little slow . Location to beach was amazing with direct access. No issues very clean looked after hotel

Rooms too old and the cleaning very superficial. The position close to the beach is a positive think but we have been negative impressed by the old style of the rooms and by its poor cleaning.

Lovely location very nice people but it wasn’t for us. The positives - the location is amazing. Close to a stunning beach. The staff are lovely. The kids entertainers are especially good and had lots of lovely activities such as facepainting and bracelet making. The breakfast was really good. We are vegetarian but it was a good selection. The bad: The entertainment was insanely loud and went on until 1030 ever evening. They very kindly changed our room to one that was further away but it was still loud. Sitting on the balcony we had to shout to hear each other and it really ruined it for us. If you want somewhere with lots of entertainment and enjoy a lively atmosphere you will love it but it wasn't for us.

This was an amazing beach front hotel. It was very well run and offered full and half board, massages, spa treatments, outdoor pools, including a heated one, and lots of other things. It was right across the street from a bicycle rental shop, which I used. I would love to stay there again.

Fantastic property in a quieter part of town. However only 10 minutes taxi to the old town & port. Plenty of local restaurants that are great quality whilst being good value.

Quite a good base and very good accomodation with all the ameneties. Lots of restaurants with in 10-15 min walking, bike shop in front of hotel, lovely beach in 1-2 min walk behind the hotel and overall the self catering accomodation with very good room sizes.

The Ivory is a great option in Alcudia. Close to a beautiful long beach, great pools and spa. The room was in great condition. Could not ask for more

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We had consistent issues with the smell in our room, which I would describe as sewer-like. It was impossible to ignore, and it made the entire stay unbearable. It seemed to get much worse when the AC was on. Considering we were staying during a heat wave with mid-90F heat, it was either have the windows/doors open and have an extremely hot room or run the A/C and try to ignore a sewer smell. Either way, it wasn't a room that anyone would want to be in. I think I talked to 5 different hotel workers about it and the manager. All agreed that it was an issue and they promised they would fix it every day when we were out and every day we would come back to the same issue. The smell always came back when the A/C was on for any length of time. We asked to switch rooms (always no, we couldn't) or asked them to either refund us the nights so we could stay elsewhere or have them book us elsewhere so we didn't have to stay in the stink. The answer was always no even though this seemed reasonable with such a big room issue. It wasn't until the 5th night that they could move us (the last night we were there). That room was fine but the sheer lack of care until night 5 was appalling. I would never stay here again as if you have an issue with a room, you will be out of luck. I wouldn't recommend anyone endure such an unpleasant stay and risk ruining your vacation here.

lovely hotel close to the beach. our room had sea views, bedroom with double bed a wardrobe, window with sea views. living room with kitchenette plus another wardrobe. Bathroom. All staff were friendly helpful.
