Every thing was clean. Good breakfast to start the day. Central location. The parking lot was a plus.

The windows and walls of the hotel are green with mold. The separation between one room to the other is paper thin - I could hear the couple next door going at it. The bathroom shower flooded with ease. The vinyl wood floors were coming off from humidity. There were no amenities (no hand towel, no soap, no hair dryer). Seemed to be an hourly hotel for unassuming couples.

It would be nice that the check in staff could be aware of what’s happening in the area. Able to help the tourist. Would be nice also speak more English. Room cleaning staff was great. In the bathroom create better lighting. Great area for restaurants, coffee, & shopping! The best!

Floor in room was ripped up. I slept in my clothes and did not use the shower! I had reserved for 8 days but cancelled and only stayed for 1 night.

Great Staff

The elevators were constantly out of order and made a lot of noise. The cleaners came super early at 9am every day. We told them to come back later and they never came back. We stayed for 7 days and the room was cleaned twice. The breakfast was cold and oily especially the eggs. The bread and pastries were stale. Very disappointing.

La habitación tenía el baño con puerta transparente, por lo que era incómodo poder bañarnos. Las toallas no las ponían, me tocó bajar a recepción a pedirlas, del mismo modo, no nos daban agua a diario.

They have smart tvs in every room but not one of them work. We wanted a chill couple of nights in between travel. We switch 5 different rooms and none of the tvs worked for Netflix or prime. Why even have smart TVs. There was a cockroach in our room and they did not care. We asked for a refund and they said no sorry. The breakfast was terrible. They said from 6:30 to 9:30 and by 8:00 everything was gone already and not replaced. The coffee machine plug did not reach the outlet so had to make coffee on the floor. They had a crash in the elevator. We do not strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff was super friendly

Todo bien! Pero a las 5:30 am nos 2 personas nos trataron de abrir la puerta de la habitación. Para nuestra sorpresa les habían asignado en la recepción la misma habitación que a nosotros. El staff debe ser más cuidadoso al entregar las habitaciones para evitar situaciones parecidas

The hotel is not like the pictures at all. Outside and the lobby is pretty but its not like that inside. First day I got there and there is no restaurant at all at the property and nothing to eat there at night and the staff was very rude about it stating they only have breakfast. Its says its a “buffet” breakfast but there is not, its just whatever they serve that day and thats it. I stayed from Monday through Friday and there was no way to get someone to communicate from Orbitz with the hotel to cancel my reservation because they never answered the calls or the emails and I had to stay there. Dont book this hotel it its nothing like they say it is and they have a really bad customer service, there was a lot of people complaining there and the answer was that the manager was not on site until later, I never saw any manager. This feels like a scam, how sad is that they advertise they have amenities they dont. Unbelievable and Orbitz did nothing to fix this either.

Good location

The room and bathroom was very old and outdated. Luckily the bed was good.

Good room - clean and quiet, Hotel location is on a commercial street with many restaurants and bars nearby and within walking distance to a metro station.

The AC at Room 417 is too noisy even if you turn it off… Really bad experience while sleeping… Three adults in the Room and only two two towels plus one toilet paper…

Room was very small; there was no tables to put anything, no bathroom soup, elevador was working properly. I won’t stay again there.

Noisy, elevator door didn’t open on the main level, no water refill the second and third day, shower didn’t have a faucet.

The staff is very kind, breakfast is good and generous. Some rooms In the hotel needs minor maintenance. Walkable to many amenities.
