Loved this hotel! We only stayed for one night but wish we had booked longer. The room was beautiful and clean. The front desk staff were super friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was quite frankly an awful experience. Chef says "What do want"! No high how can I help. Coffee no one offered we had to ask twice, staff all looking away from the tables so I couldn't ask for help (I am on 2 walking sticks so needed help to get Coffee etc). Food was ok; Breakfast buffet was lacking in substance but what was there was ok both hot and cold. Don't let my breakfast experience put you off the hotel its lovely I am sure the breakfast is an easy fix.

Having stayed here a few times the room I was in (18) this time was much smaller and quite dark with a tiny bathroom. Breakfast was ok but limited selection

Room was clean and comfortable although bathroom a bit cramped. Main issue was noise. The hotel has no air conditioning so if it's warm you need to open a window. This was fine on night one but on night two there was a wedding in the function suite. My room overlooked this and I was unable to sleep well due to music and guests shouting etc outside. Nice hotel but not great in warm weather when there's a function on.

Just a one night stay but the room was lovely and I had a delicious steak in the restaurant.

We have been travelling fur 2 weeks, I must say this was the best place to stay hands down. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, nice and clean, excelllent heated towel rail to dry some emergency laundry too! Location is a bus ride from town but plenty of parking if coming by car

Easy parking, lovely staff, but room was just okay. However, a few bug bears, - Mattress was not of high quality, or old. Either way it was hard and you could faintly feel the pressure points of springs. - Shower Gel, Shampoo and conditioner are all in large bottles that do not fit in the caddy/holder in the shower. - No robes or slippers - Wi-Fi was fairly slow, I ended up tethering my laptop to my phone - Bathroom had some grime on the bath panel and corner tiles

Stated at the hotel for 2 nights and it was fabulous! Our room, Harlow Suite, was gorgeous and included a free stocked refrigerator. Staff very attentive and courteous. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Not a huge selection, but just enough of a selection to satisfy everyone. I highly recommend this hotel.
