Lovely location, Emmanuel on reception was the best! He was do happy, but helpful and really pleasant. A real asset to the Hotel. My room was great. Food, and very good.

Had a lovely 2 night stay in a beautiful grand king room - it was spacious and even had a fireplace! Bathroom was on the small side in comparison. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly and efficient

The Chester is always relaxed and welcoming but a Christmas it becomes magical a haven from all the hustle and bustle. The dinning experience set in elegant surroundings is wonderful, the menu will give you the only problem you will have ... deciding what to choose from their fabulous selections, a true fine dinning experience . If you are travelling to Aberdeen the Chester has lots parking and despite being so central it is very quiet and within walking distance of museums and shopping

This hotel has such a lovely cosy, relaxed feel but the thing that makes it really special is the staff - literally everyone I interacted with, from the reception staff, the waiters, the chef at breakfast and the restaurant staff at lunch. Everyone was so pleasant, friendly and incredibly helpful! Thank you for making what was a rather unwelcome business trip into something really special! I will definitely stay here again when I am next in Aberdeen!

Room and hotel was fantastic but when it came to breakfast it was a disaster, at 10:00 nothing left. Bread for toast, juice, bowls for cereal nothing there. For toast we had to wait to defrost bread so much for fresh.

The Granite city is beautiful, the Chester hotel is clean, professionally managed, and the cut above the rest.

We stayed in the Hawthorn Suite. Beautiful suite! We were very impressed with our suite as well as the dining onsite. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice stay. The accommodations were clean and comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast at The Gallery. The food was very good.

An all round excellent stay at a fantastic property. Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and stunning decor. Room service was fast & breakfast was great. Will definitely return. Staff were exceptional too, very friendly and kind!

Amazing staff! Very kind and approachable. One fellow was leaving work for the day and took the time to help my husband find parking. The lady that helped us check in walked me to our room to ensure that I found it alright while my husband parked the car. Everyone was lovely and beyond kind. Very clean room, I didn’t want to leave.
