The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff were really friendly snd helpful.

Ordered 2 breakfast. Beans and sausage were cold .bacon burnt to a crisp. Which was very disappointing. However room we stayed in was clean and lovely. Would stay again .hopefully breakfast was a one off.

Terrible communication from Expedia to Hotel, as i tried to cancel the second night as soon as I arrived. Computer system not accepting email. Food. Steak asked for medium, came out rare. Sent back, and still the same Had new steak, asked for well done, and came back rare. Had money back, awful.

Everyone so helpful , and meals are big portions and good selection, staff so nice treat you like family. Rooms clean and comfortable and parking on your doorstep , everything you could want , definitely going back and highly recommended

The room was excellent. Comfortable beds. Quiet and warm as the weather outside was forecast snow. Hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. Food in the restaurant was so good and the prices were very, very good. My son and I had a good sleep and a great breakfast the following morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient

The room was fine - however we really needed a shower not a bath as we are both over 70.

This hotel is not in Bury St Edmunds. They stole my money, sent me to a head office on Christmas night (not a hotel!) refused to help or refund my moneu
