Overall, my stay was pleasant. I liked my room (slight upgrade), and the location was great for my needs. My biggest 'issue' was the lounge. I ordered a double gin and soda. I watched the bartender pour my drink with his back to me (usually, customers like to see drinks being made). And he free-poured it. How does he know he's poured 2 ounces of gin? This is my usual drink, and I know for certain it was not 2 ounces, even though that's what I paid for. The soda water was so warm that the little ice he put in my glass had melted by the time I got to my room. I could barely taste the gin. Furthermore, they had no lemons or limes to garnish my drink (except for some dehydrated citrus, which doesn't offer any flavour to the drink). The bartender needs a bit of training on how to make cocktails. Lastly, I thought it very odd that guests had to pay for a bag of popcorn (most hotels offer small treats like this to their guests). It was fine, $5 is reasonable, just didn't expect to have to pay for it.

Great location right downtown - the building has a lot (A LOT) of security - staying with colleagues who were all on different floors - u cannot access any floor ur not staying on - so to have a work meeting u need to use the lobby (which is great!) or meet I. The lobby and go to a room together (also Don try to avoid this by using the stairs! We got trapped in the stairwells) Room was great. Wifi was hit and miss depending on demand. Would have liked better coffee options IN the lobby but we found some close by. Staff were all helpful and lovely :)

Great hotel. Central location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Bed is comfortable. Only downside is street noise really carries up the building and because it is downtown expect a lot of emergency vehicle noise to carry but the hotel provides earplugs if you need them.

Everything was great except the bed size. It says queen in the room details however it's a European queen which is smaller then the American one. I suggested that it's an important thing and that they should mention it on their site however the staff we spoke to wasn't very accepting of the fact and denied any responsibility on part of the hotel and asked us to speak with Expedia.

The hotel staff was kind and welcoming. The area the hotel is in is rough. The rooms were clean. However, the bathroom is very dark, especially for doing makeup. The hotel is very noisy. The elevator are loud. Coupled by the amount of sirens . This is not a quiet place to stay.

Parking was $20 and was in the parkade behind the hotel, which was safe and secure and had a tunnel from the parkade to the hotel, which was nice!

Their is no water or no microwave in the room room are pretty much clean but the basic daily needs items are not included moreover we have to pay 16$ for two water bottles. It's too much .

Stayed on the 16th floor. Not sure if it's the HVAC or what, but it sounds like a freight train is in your room. It literally keeps you awake. Water pressure and temperature fluctuated while showering, AC didn't work...in fact, the control box was half broken off the wall.
