Great staff. Clean room and lobby.

Very comfortable. Clean. Nice service. Easy to get to.

Breakfast was not what I expected. Bed slept good.

I paid for the room, but did not stay at the hotel. The bathroom did not look clean, and the parking lot was dirty. The door of the room going outside did not apoear to be secured well after locked. And the pool was not available, I forgot the excuse he used why it was closed. I adked for a refund, but it was denied.

No drier and no network on tv

I liked the room floors. No carpet but wood/laminate. Very unique.

The hotel was “okay”. It was rather dirty honestly. Towels hung up that were dirty. Shower and bathroom in general had a funky smell. Not great, not terrible. Bad for a best western.

Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and orderly. We had a small issue with a bug in the room but we called the front desk and they came right down to handle the situation. Overall our stay was good for we needed.

Clean. I liked that there was no carpet.

The manager was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and breakfast decent. It was convenient to restaurants, the outlets, and downtown.

This Best Western was very good..

Ground floor Room door faced the parking lot and due to heavy rains the floor of the room was moist and my feet turned black from walking barefoot on the floor. Phone cord was broken and not replaced. Cable went out due to bad weather and did not come back on. Bad food at breakfast. Empty food containers, moldy bread, Horrible service all over.. Not a receommeded place to stay

I will be very reluctant to use Expedia or Best Western again due to their zero refund on cancellation policy. Even though I knew a month in advance that I would not be able to make this trip, the damage was done, the $400 bill was non-refundable, and the continuous hounding for a review finally prompted me to write this. I know there is "trip insurance," but I've always felt like this is a scam to layer another expense onto an anxious traveler's trip. I still won't purchase the insurance, but I'll probably never book with Best Western again. Sorry.
