We had flight delays and ended up on a red eye flight so only arrived at the hotel at about 8:30 am. Enough time to get in a two hour nap, gobble down breakfast, and take a shshower

Shower needs upgrade, the toilet shakes and not enough amenities in room.

Clean, good breakfast. It was quiet in the room.

Over an hour and no shuttle.

Heading to Bahamas’s and hotel was 15 minutes away. Was able to get a free shuttle. Front desk was very friendly and explained everything. Did not like breakfast buffet. They had very little choices. I ate at the airport. If you’re a picky eater like me. You won’t find anything to eat.

Conveniently located to airport main reason for staying here but property needs renovations especially the bathrooms and carpeting. Breakfast was a plus and the staff is friendly.

The front desk workers went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The airport shuttle was very appreciated, and we were provided a grab and go breakfast because we needed to be at the airport before the breakfast was set out.

Staff is great and decent breakfast included. However, this property needs major renovations especially the bathrooms and carpeting. Conveniently located to MIA airport, really the only reason for our stay here. Thanks to the kind staff for their recommendations and help during our stay.

vicinity to the international airport and easy access to shopping such as the Dolphin mall and international mall and other stores such as Best Buy and Home Depot. The staff is very accommodating and friendly and I have sent friends there and they all gave high marks to the staff and the hotel.

Its an ok place for a Day. Food was not good. Drinks were watered down. Just ok for one night sleep

The young lady at the front desk helped up tremendously. She assisted with travel To the airport, parking as well as a night upon return.

Easy check in, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable room.

The property was really nice & also very clean. The shower was amazing & my family in another room thought so too. The rooms were very large with very nice furniture.I would stay there again. I will be staying there on 7-26-2025.

Es un lugar limpio. Personal amable y atento. Transportación al puerto por 15$ por persona. Transportación gratuita al aeropuerto. Ofrecen desayuno. Muy bueno.
