The hotel is located in the center of the old town, convenient to walk around many tourist attractions. The female receptionist is friendly and enthusiastic in supporting customers The downside is that there is no elevator, so those on the 4th floor like me have a bit of trouble carrying their suitcases. The rooms and facilities are average, can't ask for too much with such a price in the old town

I just stayed 1 night and the receptionist Phuong was very helpful and professional. She helped us rent a motorbike and showed us how to get around the city and how to get to the airport. I will definitely go back to this hotel again because of her good service.

Shared bathroom but the house has a broken door that can't be locked, the room is damp and smells bad. The doors are rickety.
