A really nice family staycation at Ascot, the facilities are very complete, and in front of it, just enter Pakuwon Mall ☺️

The hotel is clean, and the service is good and friendly. My suggestion is perhaps to upgrade the TV to a smart TV.

A favorite location for those in Surabaya looking for a mall. No hassle, just walk to Pakuwon Trade Center. Rooms are complete with a washing machine, stove and cooking utensils, a refrigerator, and a water dispenser.

I was very satisfied and didn't regret my staycation at Ascott Surabaya... The room facilities are super complete, including a washing machine, microwave, spoons, forks, plates, cooking utensils, dish soap and sponge, electric kettle, refrigerator, dispenser (cold, hot, and normal water), bathtub, iron and ironing board, pool, playground... The staff is also very friendly. The security guard who was checking incoming cars was very informative, because we ordered a Grab motorbike to go to the Olympic venue for our child, and the security guard told us where to wait for the Grab... As for food (we happened to stay from Friday to Sunday), the Saturday breakfast was a bit lacking, but Sunday breakfast was different, it was tastier and more delicious, plus the kids got free ice cream on Sundays 😍😍 Maybe I'm a bit of a noob, so I was confused when I was hanging out with the washed clothes, lol... In the end, I put it away. Behind the outdoor AC, hahaha. Even my child's clothes fell off because I didn't hang them properly... But this didn't diminish our satisfaction with our stay at Ascott... Since we brought our kids, we were looking forward to the bathtub, the many pool options, and the playground... It's very close to Pakuwon Mall and PTC, just a short walk across. Near the hotel, there's also Circle K, Alfa Midi, a laundry, a salon, etc. It's a shame we didn't stay there because we were taking our kids to the Olympics, so we couldn't indulge in the hotel on Saturday. 🥹 Hopefully, we can stay at Ascott Surabaya again next time.

The staff is very friendly and cleanliness is maintained

We arrive at the hotel around 12.30pm and they let us check in early. The hotel is near the pakuwon mall. Easy for shopping. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot varieties. One thing that impressed me is that I left yogurt in the fridge after check out. And they send me a whatsapp inquiring about the yogurt. Other hotel would probably throw it away without asking.
