Glad to have had a fun experience

The staff hasn't cleaned my room yet, I called the reception to ask and they said they'll clean it until 5pm. Why wasn't it cleaned while I was having breakfast? When I checked out, a customer complained about the staff cleaning the room and not knocking on the door. 😞

Clean and comfortable rooms, close to the beach and downtown areas. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Delicious breakfast but the food is almost unchanged so by the third meal it was a bit boring.

Convenient location, old facilities that have not been upgraded, requests for more amenities always have the same answer: full rooms, cannot provide more. Need to have surplus to serve guests, not the answer is that there are too many guests and cannot serve.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were all lovely and polite. The receptionist named Vy was also super lovely, with a very friendly voice. The hotel is near the beach, a crowded area, convenient for traveling. Overall, the experience was very good with Liberty and Nha Trang too. Extremely fun.

very disappointed, when booking a room for 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old, payment was ok but when checking in, they asked to pay an extra fee for the child's breakfast 200k/meal the room was stuffy, no windows or railings. with this price I'm sure there are many other better hotels

Room on 16th floor is ok - all satisfied 10/10. Book 2 rooms, this room is the best 😉. 9/10

The signature room was quite good, but the room on the 14th floor had a door connecting to the room next door. Although it was locked, I tried to open the door of the room next door and felt unsafe so I had to move a chair to get in. The buffet was varied and good, the reception staff was quite good except for a guy named Nam who was not very friendly. By the way, the hotel has a massage on the 4th floor which was ok, the swimming pool was a bit small. 8/10.

Clean room, view to Vinpearl. I checked in at 12am, the receptionist wearing glasses was quite friendly, enthusiastic instructions. There is a swimming pool on the 4th floor. Breakfast is not to my taste One-way street so parking in the basement has to go around a bit, spacious parking, friendly security guard. It is a convenient central area, just a short walk to the beach.

Good service I enjoyed my stay at Liberty hotel

Book a double room which is more expensive than a twin but when I checked in, it was a twin room with a bed. I called the reception and they said there were no rooms available so I had to stay there temporarily because I was only staying for 1 night. I complained so they let me check out 1.5 hours late. When I checked out, the housekeeping staff was very bored, they checked the room superficially, they couldn't find the water bottle on the refrigerator door so they charged me, because I didn't have much money so I paid quickly to avoid confusion. There was no staff at the swimming pool, no towels.

Breakfast was delicious and varied. Comfortable room at a very good price. Close to town and walking distance to the beach.

Everyone who books a room, remember to check carefully whether you choose a double bed or a single bed. I booked a deluxe room and there was a double bed option, so I pressed the double bed button. I'm 100% sure because I always pay attention to this issue when booking. But when I checked in, the staff only said there were single beds, not double beds, and I also chose a room with a higher price, and blamed Traveloka for wanting to sell the room so they left it like that and told me to check the bed selection again, but when I arrived, it was late at night so I didn't want to argue. Oh, and this case happens a lot so it seems like the staff is used to this! The staff's attitude is.....promise not to have a next time!
