The check-in process was strange, as the host kept trying to teach us how to use a door. However, the room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was terrific!

I had a nightmare flight and so was arriving late to the hotel, after the front desk was closed. However I called ahead, the staff were very friendly and arranged for collection of my room key so that I did not need to stress about this. The hotel was very beautiful, very clean and I was impressed with the service, so if I visit nearby again then I would definitely use this hotel again.

We felt like family from the help with transportation needs at check in to the offer of coffee on our early morning leaving to catch our flight.

Good renovation inside. Great staff and breakfast. Needs work on the exterior. Wilhelmshaven downtown is trying hard to build up. Cool Old architecture.

Staff was very friendly, hotel quite modern and in the city center. Bar across the street created noise during the night which made it impossible to open a window. Unfortunately no aircondition in room.

Hhe hotel is only a few minutes (walking distance) from the nordsee passage mall. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We had a studio it was very spacious, only the showercabin was alittle bit smal :-) l, but that's complaining on a high level. And the breakfeast buffet was absolutely amazing. We had three star hotels in the states there was a big difference, a favour for the homehotel. The parking lots good to find, and in good condition. All in all, a good hotel to refer for small families and partners.

On arrival at Home Hotel in Wilhelmshaven we were informed that there were no rooms available as they had failed to transfer Expedia's info onto their computer. Four had been requested.. They did however finally place all four couples in their own exclusive apartment block near to the beach..We did breakfast at Home Hotel.

Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Das Personal war spitze, die Unterkunft war sauber, das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Wir sind auf alle Fälle irgendwann nochmal dort.

Freundliches Personal und gemütliches, sauberes Zimmer - muss man sich mehr wünschen? Für mich war die Zeit hier sehr angenehm, obwohl ich da nicht viel Zeit verbracht habe. Dankbar dafür 🙏
