The breakfast was great, the dinner was good too and the hotel was able to add us last min. The pool was good but I would say not for kids.

Booked superior double room from Expedia. We were put into a room in the basement area (rooms were listed as in the 700s, and used paper signs and marker ink to lead the way). The problem was the room was exceedingly hot and felt damp, in April. We slept terribly on soft bed and with only a standing fan in the night but was not enough. It was colder outside but we couldn't open windows due to mosquitoes. Felt like an overflow room and strange given this felt very off peak season from the crowd. Staff were all very friendly but restaurant wait staff were a little too forgetful, or maybe they didn't have the usual managers working due to Easter period? But needing to remind them about drinks and food made our meal with young kids a little more difficult and they were getting understandably restless. The hotel overall looks great, looked clean and had we a different room we'd have likely enjoyed our stay much more.

This is a beautiful hotel with incredible amenities such as pool and saunas. The rooms were very well appointed and quiet. We wished we had booked a longer stay here.

Front desk staff gave inaccurate information re meals and general facilities.

Nice staffs, good breakfast buffets and dinner at the restaurants. indoor pool and saunas are a couple of amenities that were great to utilize during the cold December weather.

The food in the restaurant is overpriced for the quality, service is poor.

The Spa area was excellent. The breakfast was not 4 star standard.Some of the reception staff was not helpful.

We had a 4 person room. But the second bed was just a pull out couch. 1 queen bed and 1 pull out couch for our 4 person room. Restaurant was the worse service I ever had. First I was told no chance for a table as 200 people were coming in at 7pm. 200 people never showed up when we came back at 9pm for a table we were told to sit down and no one brought us a menu or asked us for a drink we were completely ignored. The locals were served right away. We ended up leaving after 45 minutes of waiting.

Quiet area, new renovations, friendly staff, good breakfast.

I was there for work so didn't get time to explore the area but the scenery was beautiful. The hotel was in a good location with a good restaurant and at a good price. Friendly staff who's English is much better than than my German. The hotel is in an easy to find location with good parking. My only criticism is that the bathroom is small and the shower head could not be placed in a fixed position - the more you turned the taps on the more the shower tried to cover the walls, ceiling etc.
