Amazing location and place to stay

Charming small boutique hotel with a great ambience, lovely public areas, great staff, miniscule rooftop pool, and fabulous breakfast. I had a beautiful room with a comfortable bed and a small enclosed balcony off it , and a bathtub in the lovely bathroom.

Our 3 night stay was outstanding! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautiful. We were impressed with the comfort of the bed. The bath towels were extra large and the terry cloth robes were icing on the cake. We were thankful that the air conditioner worked like a boss. The location was spot on, nice and quiet at night and right around the corner from Cathedral.

My wife and I thought this was a great hotel. It is a small boutique hotel so no big fancy lobby or pool, but excellent, helpful staff, high quality towels and sheets, and a clean comfortable bed. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub and the refrigerator was fully stocked. The breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced. Finally the lobby and other public rooms were tastefully decorated with antiques and original art.

The air conditioner was amazing for a HOT summer in Sevilla. The area was walkable and the staff was great- we were greeted with drinks and they took care of our taxi requests during our stay. The only drawback was getting a hold of an iron. The room was nice and we had daily service but it was a shame we didn’t have an iron in our room.

Customer services horrible. We didn’t check in after our arrival. I was asked to rent another room for more than 350 euros because the rooms are only available for two guesses. I had to sleep separate from my family in another room, paying that amount, if I want to stay. We asked for reimbursement and was not granted. The area for parking is horrible, I do not recommend this place at all for your vacation time.

The hotel is beautiful and staff were very helpful and friendly. However the keycards were intermittent and often needed to be replaced, bathrooms could have been cleaner and were a bit damp.

This property was amazing! The room was very nice and clean, and the jet bath was an added plus! The bed was very comfortable and the street it is located on was quiet yet close to all the shopping and food. Would highly recommend

The reception staff were always very helpful and the hotel has a lovely Spanish feel to it .There was a small problem with the bathroom on the first night and they offered and gave us an upgraded room the next day .Loved the local area with bars and restaurants . Will definitely return here .

This was an excellent location for a 3 night stay in Seville. We got welcome drinks on arrival and were able to explore the best sights that Seville has to offer. Loads of options for tapas nearby and the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. Room itself was fantastic and comfy for the stay. Amazing decor. Just a shame about the maintenance of the rooftop during our stay.

Great location and friendly staff, Will come again. Only small negative is that our room had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom and the cooling function of the ac was not working. Other than that, great place and great stay in Sevilla!
