Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast spread. Spacious lounge with sofas as well as tables and a bar. Hotel was about 3 miles outside of town with a view of the bay. Quiet setting. I found this place a few days earlier because my flight out of Antarctica had been changed so I had to stay in Puerto Natales for a few nights. My only complaint is that the internet was spotty; it was better in the lounge area than in the rooms. BUT, for what I paid, this place was awesome.

Just ok , bath top faucet malfunction but operatable. Hotel manager is knowledgeable Front desk and kitchen staff are very friendly , wish to speak a little bit English

Staff we re amazing and went out of thier way to please but the faculties are old and tired and out of town which was not clear when booking.

Stayed here while doing doing trips to Torres Del Paine. About 4 km from the town. Had a rental car. So was convenient to travel. Beautiful, quiet location. The people running the place were amazing, helping you with every need. The restaurant, though had limited options, was good and very flexible with timings. Felt like leaving home at the end of my stay !!

It was a nice family run establishment with a charming host. It was a bit outside of town but was an easy Uber into town. Breakfast was great.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Water service was interrupted one of the nights which was a great inconvenience after a long day to not be able to shower or even flush the toilet. The hotel is far from downtown and since is technically a different town taxis charge extra to/from this location. The view from the hotel Is beautiful but it isn’t a nice area to walk around.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional. Very kind. Very helpful. It’s an older hotel that could use some improvements. The beds were comfortable. We ate breakfast buffet and dinner. Both were good. Beautiful location. View of the Magellan channel. 5 minutes from airport. 20 minutes from town.
