Overall a great stay, the walls are kinda thin so it was a little loud and the firepit was out of propane but other than that was amazing. A beautiful spot for the hot tubs and campfire, staff was amazing, definitely will be staying again

Our room had a beautiful view. Convenient location. Had a great breakfast.

Great first impression. Was greeted by a young man who made you feel that he liked checking you in and liked his job. Room was great, clean and had everything that you would need. The property has changed with lots of upgrades and things to do.

Get rm nice and clean. Beds vety comfortable. Stsff friendly.

Has a great view of the valley and the Minas basin.

Liked: Clean Fresh and Modern Decor 2 Bottles of Wine to purchase in room. Disliked: 3 people registered for room, only amenities for 2. For Example 2 coffee cups and no paper or plastic cups available in room. Only one bar of soap and no shower gel or soap in tub for shower. Plenty of towels as requested prior to check in. No Facial tissue in room. Nice Room overall.

Had to ask for a different room. The first was not at all as advertised, straight out of the the 1980’s, including the bedding. Asked for a newly renovated room and it was nice. Full hotel under construction, not ideal.

We were told they were renovating the registration area. Not that most of the interior hallways were closed and you had to walk outside to get from one area to another. Very old and dirty. Carpets were gross

The staff were all nice and helpful. The refurb meant walking from bedroom area to hotel to dine ..not fun in pouring rain! The food was very good.

Everything was so neat and clean! Bedding was so clean smelling lol and clean. Room was roomy and style was so neat. Bed and pillows comfortable. Check in was easy and fast with great customer service. Loved my stat

The property is undergoing renovations and are executing them beautifully. The location of the hotel is amazing and with these updates, will really make it a must-stay. We stayed in one of the updated rooms and the finishes were beautiful. The valley view is gorgeous and the new outdoor hot tubs are a must-try.

It wasn’t as clean as it should be. There was hair in the sink and a long hair on my sheets.

In Room coffee was expresso only. Would have liked regular coffee to be offered.

Unfortunately, the Hotel is under major renovations and construction. The construction workers began hammering and making noise well before 8 am. Guests are required to enter through side entrances and main stairwells are blocked. I would not recommend anyone staying until the construction is complete.

Everything was easy...fit perfectly into our schedule!

We stayed one night while visiting family and enjoyed the view from the room. It was comfortable and quiet.

J'ai aimé l'Ambiance et le personnel était super, par contre, on était 2 filles dans la chambre et le séchoir à cheveux était brisé. J'ai fait une demande au comptoir et on nous a apporté un sèchoir après une heure d'attente. On n'a pas pu se peigner comme du monde car on devait partir pour le wine fest.
