Staff were rude. Would not allow my niece in the hotel who was staying in the second room I booked. Told her she had to be staying at the hotel and she said she was but they did not believe her and would not let her in. They were incredibly rude. She gave her room number but the room was under my brothers name and so they would not let her. But the room was for 2 people and it is their fault they did not ask for the name of the second person. She was there when I checked in. Incredibly impolite.

The location is nice, with little grocery stores and a park nearby. The furniture and bathroom as well as the spa are very dated and not well maintained. We didn't really feel at home (smelly toilet and also because the heating was off and we had to use an electric heater). It is a nice hotel overall, but it just seems past its time.

Great staff & cleanliness. Nice comfortable room. Good location for exploring the nearby hills. Nice spa (all for yourself after 20h!). Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Overall good value for the money. I would suggest free parking (the hotel is not in the middle of a city).

Rooms are small for the price. No service, if you arrive with multiple luggage you are on your own. No restaurant was open the day l was there. No snack or anything !

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Colmar old town. Our room and bathroom was just perfect. The hotel staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is adequate.

We used the hotel as a base to watch the Tour de France but wished we'd had more time to enjoy the hotel. Probably the best hotel of our trip to France. The only drawback was if you have a room on the top floor the walls/adjoining door seem to offer no sound resistance to your neighbours!

Très bon séjour au Grand Hotel d'Uriage. Les chambres sont un peu old school sur la déco mais elles sont fonctionnelles et c'est surtout le charme de leurs thermes et spa qui fait toute la différence ainsi que la localisation dans Uriage, où vous ferez tout à pieds.

Hôtel à conseillé ! Le restaurant de la hôtel est d’une grande qualité c’est du haut gamme . Dommage que les photos des plats sur la carte ne soient pas au menu …

Sehr höfliches und dienstbereites Personal. Abgabe von Badetüchern im SPA-Bereich wäre kein Luxus. Gewünschte Garstufe (medium) des Filet de Boeuf wurde leider bei Weitem (more than well cooked) verfehlt.

Es war ein Problem 2 Decken zu erhalten Das Licht im Schwimmbad konnte erst 1 Stunde später angemacht werden. Und das Restaurant war zu!

L’accès au spa jusqu’à 23h est hyper appréciable. Les bassins sont chauds et assez spacieux pour l’ensemble de l’hôtel. Bon moment de détente. Sympathie à laccueil
