30 minutes waiting to check in. Electricity went off twice during our check in so had to reset computer each time. So I think nearly 1 hour all told. Embarrassing. Rooms are very tired. Hole in blind in bathroom which I covered during my stay. Food was warm not hot. All staff were vey good and friendly. Golf course is outstanding.

Nothing is good in this old hotel at all

We very much enjoyed our stay at Cihelny. Our room was spacious, warm, comfortable with Nordic style design. The balcony was spacious with a beautiful view towards the forest. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. In particular we enjoyed the setting of the resort with the opportunity for walks in nature, the tranquility, and the direct private access from the rooms to the spa area which allows one to feel comfortable in walking around in a robe. The massage treatment was good and the beauty treatment fantastic.

This place certainly has the wow! factor, it's in an idyllic location not too far from the city. Room was spacious and had every kind of thing a guest would need, and pool area was really relaxing Two major ownsides though: there is no lift, so guests have to haul their cases up and down a spiral staircase from reception that has narrow treads, and this makes it uncomfortable, especially for anyone with mobility problems. A lot of money has been invested in this complex and I couldn't understand why such a major item had been left out of design. The other negative was that guests were allowed to bring dogs into restaurant area. Smelly hairy dogs do not make for a pleasant hygenic experience for non-dog owners and hotel should consider changing policy.

Stayed for 1 night and exceeded output expectations. The room was a good size & being able to sleep with the window open was a bonus.

Please concern about breakfast , this should be upgraded !

All was great besides restaurant, restaurant is about 3 stars ... anyway, we had splendid weekend at Golf & Spa Resort Cihelny

We had great time at the hotel. The SPA center offers swimming pool, djakuzi and 4 different saunas!

the hotel is not in the center but it was very comfort ant pleasant.very nice view from the restaurant ! i wrote all this even they make a mistake. we ordered through expedia room for 3, but when we arrived they didn't know this and organised a room for 2. they said that it was a fault of the order manager. but within one our the brought one more bad. they gave us a free dinner because of all of this. even the mistake we enjoyed from the place.

Unser Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Wir waren für 2 Nächte dort. Das Hotel war nicht ausgebucht und somit war im Wellnessbereich nicht viel los. Könnte mir vorstellen das wenn viel los ist , der Wellnessbereich sehr voll sein wird. Die Saunen sind relativ klein. Teilweise passen nur 3 bis 4 Personen darein , außer in die Finischen Für unser empfinden war der Pool mit 28,5 Grad etwas zu kalt , aber wir sind auch Warmduscher. Alles andere war mit sehr viel Liebe fürs Detail hergerichtet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen (Halbpension) war absolut ausreichen . Es gab immer Suppe , Salat , verschiedene Fleisch/ Fischgerichte und Beilagen. Getränke am Abend waren nicht mit im Preis, aber die Preise waren sehr fair. Die Parkplatzgebühr ( 10 Euro am Tag) empfand ist etwas frech , da überhaupt nichts los war und dieser auch nicht abgesichert ist. Die Zimmer sind ein Traum . Bademantel. Handtücher sowie auch Tücher für die Sauna werden gestellt

Very nice place with nice personal, who work there

Die Hotelanlange ist schön. Allerdings ist der Service dürftig. Das fing beim Frühstück an und endete am Abend mit den Bargetränken. Gleiches gilt für den Spa Bereich. Ein Spa Bereich, der Handtücher nur an der Rezeption zur Abholung bereit stellt, ist schwierig. Auch die Massage kann ich nicht empfehlen. Alles ohne Wohlfühl

Il posto é molto bello, pieno di pace e rilassante con una vista gradevole dalla stanza sui campi da golf. L'area spa é ben organizzata e il personale é gentile. Insomma tutto perfetto ad eccezione della colazione che é davvero povera e inadeguata ad un albergo del genere.

Tolle Zimmer, schöner Blick! Im Wellness Bereich war die Sauna zu heiß, das Dampfbad mit zu wenig Dampf. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Toll gelegenes Hotel für einen Entspannungsurlaub mit unserem Hund

Wir waren zum 2. mal im Golf Resort Chihelny. Auch diesmal war wieder alles Top. Sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer, sehr frrundluches Personal und das Abendessen im Restaurant war hervorragend. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, keon Verkehr. Hier findet man Ruhe und schöne Natur vor der Hoteltür. Die Damen am Empfang waren diesmal auch ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Tolles Hotel mit hohem Entspannungsfaktor. Schöne Zimmer, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ansprechendes Bad, schöner Spa-Bereich (wenn auch etwas klein für alle Gäste), große Auswahl an Massagen, ruhige Lage, Frühstück ok, leckeres Abendessen. Ich würde wieder für ein Wellness-WE hinfahren.
