Don't stay here when it's hot. I am fully aware that during a heat wave it will be hot, but I had a room temperature of 36°C at midnight, even though it was 25°C outside. Only a small fan in the room was given; no water. I asked to be moved to a cooler room (was there two nights but was not accommodating at all). place was quite run-down and did feel more like a motel than a hotel. Dinner was poor, but the breakfast was actually ok, and the guy serving was pleasant (sorry, didn't get his name).

Hotel a little tired … stair carpets fixtures etc but staff and location fantastic with easy train commute to London Waterloo

Had a lovely stay in one of the air conditioned rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly and the food was good.

All good Hotel great location and ok for what we paid looking tired in places and rooms clean and functional stayed a few times and would stay again .

Wi fi a little sketchy in some public areas. Food ok, breakfast good. Service was good. Adequate Parking.

This is a decent place for an overnight stay- however the one thing to bear in mind is there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. I stayed on the hottest day of the year and quite honestly the rooms were like saunas--literally. it was unbearably hot. I had some cheese and chocolate with me and by morning it was all melted to mush, it was that warm. So just be aware this is an issue here if its warm outside

I booked here because it was available after a canceled flight and I got in after 11pm. Granted, it was a heatwave, but the room was excruciatingly hot. I put their small fan in the window and it barely helped. One desk lamp worked. The other did not. None of the light switches worked, including the one for the bathroom. Good thing I had a flashlight. The shower door was coming off it's tracks. Otherwise, the place was great! I didn't have time for the breakfast, which was 29 pounds!

Ok stay convenient local

Plenty of parking. The room was comfortable and warm. I ate in the restaurant and the service and food were good.

The hotel felt a little run down. And the credit card only restrictions caused me many problems.

Nice character building. Room was spacious, clean and a bonus having a bath tub in the bathroom. Staff was friendly throughout my stay and a welcome letter was appreciated. I didn’t make use of the in-house restaurant and bar facilities but it’s nice it’s available.

Well positioned and great staff

Very conveniently located for centre of Weybridge and several cafes and restaurants. Allowed to check in early which was very efficiently done. Good blackout curtains in room. No convenient soap provided for a bath as dispenser was locked into a container for the sink. Additional charge for parking in hotel car park disappointing - we managed to find free parking on the street nearby.

A nice friendly hotel. Great staff, comfortable accommodation and a good breakfast. Plenty of local eating and drinking options within a few minutes walking distance.

Clean hotel, good location. Only down sides are the on site parking is no longer free and the matress is a little hard for my liking.
