The toilet didn’t work. You walk in the room and it smelled

Was too scared to get in the covers. Not a clean place at all.

The mirror in the room was broken. The toilet was broken. The microwave did not work. There was a sign that said if you stay past 15 mins there was no refund.

This property is in desperate need of a remodel

We arrived at the hotel, there is no elevator in the building so we walked up the stairs with lots of luggage, no luggage cart. I had to clean the bathroom; shower and toilet, for two hours. See pictures below. This hotel is located next to a truck stop with lots of loud traffic but you don’t hear it in the hotel. One bright light is that there’s a Walmart behind the hotel.

Mirror broken in room. Broken toilet seat. Broken shower curtain rod. Roach on table. Beds hard. Multiple burn marks in linens. Stain on chair. Stain in bathtub. Carpets sticky. Non smoking room...smelled like smoke. End of hall smelled like "skunk".

Rooms were still dirty from the guest before, dirty beds and towels on the floor. We told the front desk clerk, they sent up the “cleaning lady” who came in with a single spray bottle to clean. No clean towels or linens. We left immediately. Will not be returning.

The entire place was very dirty. We came back before dark because of the people just hanging around the door because we felt unsafe. We didn’t even stay the full 2 nights. We left after 1 night.

The room that I was assigned to had a plumbing issue and I asked to be transferred to another room. The front desk clerk said he couldn’t assign me to another room because of reservations they had for that night. He attempted to come to fix the plumbing issue but it wasn’t a complete fix. Besides, this hotel gives me shelter vibes. A shelter probably would’ve been cleaner than that! The microwave made a sound as if you were popping popcorn. Everything in there is out of date! 0/10 I do not recommend!

The place was dirty. The bedspread was dirty. The shower didn’t work, the shower head hose had zip ties holding it up!! Woke up several times during the night from loud bangs in either the next room or Hallie doubt this hotel would pass inspection!!

Friendly staff, easy check in, clean comfortable room. Everything worked!🙂

Customer Service

Upon checking in it was necessary to receive help to get the light fixture above the sink to work. Then the key did not work. There was minimal toilet paper and awoke to have to go to the office to obtain toilet paper. The shower was was leaking and mold throughout.

Possible bedbugs. Seemed clean but obviously in need of repair. Signs of fighting.... furniture and walls. No lamp shade. No bulb. Gave us motel 6 key but was executive inn.

Microwave, refrigerator, and hairdryer did not work! Otherwise was ok.

Looks like it’s under repair but really needs some tlc.

Dont speak english, very dirty, roaches, no running water in some rooms, had to go get another hotel and still fighting for a refund
