Great location

The hotel is located in a great location. We received a warm welcome. Along with a room upgrade we got to check-in early. Excellent service from front desk and restaurant staff.

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Bonifacio marina close to restaurants and the citadel. We hope to return some day. Thank you!

Once you walk past the filthy smoke filled front dining area into the reception you’re met with a strong stench of stale urine. How the receptionist doesn’t pass out is a miracle. The room was basic but sufficient for our stay. Not the cleanest of hotels. Very over priced, you’re clearly paying for the location which is stunning.

Short break. Receptionist very helpful all staff pleasant and friendly. Good room lovely view overlooking the harbour. Would highly recommend.

La chambre était minuscule, peu de place pour déposer les valises qui sont deux bagages de cabine. La vue donne sur un mur avec une rue au dessus. Par contre, le personnel est très courtois, aidant. Les aliments du petit-déjeuner sont bons.

The property is renovated and in good condition. The service excellent for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is good with many options. My only issue was the fire alarm went off during one night, we went to an evacuation point but there was no staff to inform us on what to do. Luckily it was a false alarm and we all returned to our rooms.

Most expensive property of all Expedia bookings. Tiny cramped room, noisy commercial air conditioning going all night long from next door building. One small window looking out at dirty area, washing hanging. No amenities in room. No breakfast included.

Extremely well-located in the harbour, next to restaurants, boat and little train tour departures and next door to a supermarket. Harbour view room worth splashing for, junior suite super comfy and new-looking (in fairness, we did not need it). Very friendly staff - let us store our baggage until the room was available (we arrived early) and worked miracles to get us a taxi on departure day. Nothing is particularly cheap in Bonifacio, but here it was money well spent.

Great location, high prices, terribly rude front desk staff. Overall an ok stay. They definitely only cater to French tourists, so if you don't speak French don't go. Also, my wife was chased from the hotel as she was leaving with 1 bag to go do laundry down the road. They thought she was skipping town on them and embarrassed her in the street and made her come back to the hotel. This day and age, people in the hotel service industry should speak some English as your only travelers are not going to be French.

The hotel was right on the port (do not use GPS or look for Best Western. Look for hotel Roy D’Aragon). The room was great but the staff was extraordinary. So pleasant, all smiles and helpful. Would come back any day!!!

We were very well received and accommodated. This is a hotel we would definitely recommend. The only downside was the mattress that was ridiculously hard (same as the one we had on our catamaran, but without the justifications behind it) and the dust on the suite’s sofa. But the reception personnel definitely made it up for these... just the mattress, please do keep in mind that this is what we need a hotel for: a good sleep...

Great location, car parking is a good walk and not too easy to find it using GPS. Close to marina, shops and restaurants. Great ambiance.
