We love the ambience of the Ponderosa, so are always happy to return. Decor, grounds, alpaca viewing and breakfast are just the best. Wish we could have stayed a week!

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and had great variety. Room had a nice access to open grassy areas and pool. Cleanliness was not great. It was a pet room and had an odor of previous pets. The interior was in need of repair as the molding was falling off the walls. Cobwebs.

It was a lovely nights stay. When we finally got down to the hotel, the staff was very gracious and accommodating. The breakfast was very tasty and the grounds were excellent.

It was clean, and the amenities were great. Breakfast was the best!

It’s a great property. The only thing missing is an elevator for us older folks, but we could have requested the ground level. They were available.

The stay was great and the people are very nice. Lots of nature around too!

The rooms are big and the grounds immaculate. We enjoyed our stay and staff was friendly. It is a big facility so you may have a walk to the lobby/breakfast. You are a bit out of town.

This place is so peaceful and clean and is a nice relaxing getaway. Have been here multiple times and will be back again.

The rooma were clean and super cozy

Lamas were great. Had an issue but the GM took care of it. Beautiful place to visit in the snow. Most of the staff we encountered were really friendly.
