I’m a little at a loss for words. My mother and I arrived here a bit aimlessly after spontaneously booking a vacation in this huge city. All we really wanted was a clean room but the people here made the hotel feel almost like home. Even though we arrived rather late, we were warmly welcomed right away by one of the nicest receptionists I’ve ever met. Everything was explained to us, and we were shown to our room. Cleanliness is clearly very important here — a big compliment to the housekeeping staff please! Our room was spotless and freshly prepared every single day. Since we didn’t really know our way around, I kept going to the receptionist with my mother, and I truly have to say: this woman genuinely wants you to have a wonderful experience here! She happily told us what’s worth seeing, what’s just a tourist trap, and what she personally recommends. She ordered taxis for us based on our plans and was always ready to answer any question thank you again for that! Even though my mother didn’t understand the language, we both agreed that this kindness and helpfulness really reflect the spirit of Istanbul. Whether at breakfast or when returning from our outings, we were always treated kindly by the other hotel staff as well. Thank you! I would absolutely recommend this hotel again , the whole experience just makes you smile. When we think back on this vacation, we will also remember your friendliness!

Everything worth seeing, eating, and exploring is right on your doorstep. That said, don’t expect luxury or anything particularly fancy. The rooms are basic, the décor could use a little refresh, and the amenities are pretty standard. But when you’re steps away from all the main attractions, it almost doesn’t matter. Perfect for anyone who values convenience over comfort and wants to be in the heart of it all. Sometimes, it’s all about where you stay — and this place nails that part perfectly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the GLK Premiere Sea Mansion Suites and Spa, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. The views from the wrap-around balcony are absolutely mesmerizing—no matter how long you sit there, you’ll never tire of watching the sea and the vibrant city life below. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the Sultans Turkish bath and massage. It was an incredible experience that left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend treating yourself to this indulgence; it's a must-try! What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service provided by Silah at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home. His recommendations for local activities and amazing restaurants were spot-on, and we genuinely felt like family by the time we left. Saying goodbye to him was bittersweet. Overall, I highly recommend the GLK Premiere Sea Mansion Suites and Spa for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Istanbul. You won’t be disappointed!

If I had to mention one downside, perhaps the room cleaning could be improved with more attention to detail. The rooms are clean, but some small things, like the fridge or the bathroom glass, showed a lack of review. Apart from that, the hotel is perfect for a stay in Istanbul and to explore the entire old town from there.
