While quite run down as others have mentioned, it was still a good value for the $. While they do have AC there is a governor on it and it does not go lower than 25. In the hot summer days this is not that cool. The pool was great, though the slide does not have water running down it so it's not functional. It was about 4 mins to the beach which was great and on anice strip. Though you are quite far from the city center, the bus is easy to navigate though not that frequent. Irini, when she was there, was very helpful and spoke great English.

Nice hotel. Close to sand beach. With outdoor swimming pool and restaurant.

Beach is across the street (nice beach). The pool is good to spend time for relaxation. Overall, the hotel is in bad shape. Needs a lot of maintenance. They don’t accept credit card to pay the room but for the restaurant do (never had a meal in the restaurant).

The hotel runs by a greek family( Father, Mother , Manuel and Irene) they were exceptional, very helpful and very friendly made us feel we were in a friend’s house.

Good value hotel

There was nothing wrong with the room, but we were the only ones there. The place looks a bit rough on the outside, but the rooms were very good. The water went off in the morning, but I am not sure that was the fault of the hotel, it may have been the city doing something as the entire building went dry. We could not find the owner to pay him when we left, so i put the money & keys on the front counter & left a note. I hope he got it.

We found this hotel to be everything we had paid for and more, the staff were fantasic, we ended up staying for 2 more nights as plans chaged. It's a long walk to the center but we did it the first time, it's on a great bus route, the breakfast was adequate, free wifi and it was nice a quiet where we were.

It’s been so fantastic from all the staff in this hotell. You get home feeling style. It’s an amazing hotel. Everyone have been so nice during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wenn man keinen großen Wert auf moderne Ausstattung legt und einen ruhigen, nicht überfüllten Ort sucht, ist es eine gute Wahl. Die Zimmer werden fast täglich gereinigt und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man etwas benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, könnte aber durch frische Zutaten wie Tomaten, Gurken oder Salat aufgewertet werden. Die Lage ist ideal für Strandliebhaber – das Meer ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Allerdings liegt das Hotel etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums von Heraklion. Es gibt jedoch eine Busverbindung bis Mitternacht, die den Zugang zur Stadt erleichtert.

Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Emplacement idéal pour cet hôtel simple mais accueillant. Superbe piscine.

Pas de kitchenette, prévue sur prospectus, jardin délabré , pas de linge de lit ni de bain propre, pas d'isolation phonique (hôtel très bruyant malgré des locataires calmes)piscine pas propre et mal située.Nourriture limite. Accueil assez froid! C'est simple, nous avons loué un autre logement ce qui a plombé notre budget! A déconseiller, à éviter!
