Room was not clean, Fridge was disgusting

Great location, great staff. Amazing experience

I recently stayed with my son at the Monte Carlo hotel to celebrate my birthday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everyone was so welcoming! The apartment was beautiful: spacious, clean, and had an amazing view, and the overall vibe of the hotel was elegant but still relaxed. The location was also perfect, close to everything I wanted to see and do. I especially loved the pool area and the easy beach access. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels both luxurious and welcoming!

We were enjoying of staying in this Apartment. The apartment was clean. We had an amazing view to the city and ocean. The better take apart with a balcony. There are 2 warm swimming pools and a hot tub in the building. The building is very close to the beach and walk way. The valet parking available 20$ per night.

WoW, wonderful location close to the beach. Beach towels, long chairs and parasol included. Both pools, pool area, gym and lounge area were well maintained and clean. Room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We used the washer and dryer in the room. We stayed 4 nights for family trip and will definitely return.

We were booked to stay here for four nights! On the first night we spotted over 20 cockroaches in our room and saw one in reception. Needless to say we had to leave after one night. We have asked repeatedly for a refund of our money and got no where. There doesn’t seem to be a way to get in touch with Expedia for their help. If you are reading this Expedia, can you please arrange a refund of our money or at least get in touch with me! I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy it is disgraceful and should be closed down until the cockroaches are dealt with.

The AC on this Miami condo stopp ed working and I request the operating company Churchil over the next 2 days to get it fixed. On the third day as I was checking out I asked for compensation. And they offered to send the maintenance guy to get it fixed one hour prior to checkout time

The apartment had everything that we needed. The hot tub is amazing! I definitely will be back.

Check in was easy. The Apartment was comfortable. Daily parking service was efficient. Beach chairs and umbrella service was nice. Overall, a very nice stay. Will return.

Great job keeping the suit clean and very organized. I just have to mention I little issue I had with the shower when I tried to open it and close it that was difficult. The city’s view is great

My wife and I and a daughter had one bedroom suite with kitchen for 4 nights. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sofa bed was great for my daughter. My wife and my daughter were able to tele-work in the room with fast Wi-Fi. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The valet parking was so convenient with quick in and out. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach and loved the landscape surrounding. We will definitely come back and would highly recommend it.

It is a beautiful view from this hotel , but this hotel is very bad at service and it’s not clean. You have to wash your own towels. Gym clothes at 10 pm Hot tub was not working. The check-in is at 4 pm and they never let us know that our room was ready. If you leave luggage, you have to pay for it. Customer service is very poor.

We love staying here! This was our second time and will not be our last
