Pros: clean building & room, room is spacious, wifi ok, AC ok, hot water & water pressure ok, bed ok, got 4 pillows. Need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste & shampoo. Cons: no bidet in the toilet, no fridge, no elevator.

The room smells damp, the bed is not clean. . . the old visitors are still there. . . the shower faucet does not come out, the window is difficult to open and lastly, above the parking lot there is an air conditioning compressor that is rusty and fragile, it is likely to fall on the car parked outside. . .

Worth it at its price. Clean and spacious spaces & lots of in-property parking spots! There're also CCTVs around the property which is another 👍🏻. It has a good location as well, easy to travel around the city.
