The hotel reception is closed at 10pm. I was shut out of the hotel and was not able to come in for the entire night.

This hotel closes reception desk at 10pm. I forgot my card in the room because the room requires card in the slot to get electricity. I came after 10pm and met the staff in the hallway leaving, but they simply refused to get another card for me to enter the room. They asked me to call the security company located in Berlin to open my room, and the telephone number was never able to reach through. I wasn’t able to get into the room for the night.

Excellent location with a two minute walk to the main railway station only a short walk from the small town centre and restaurants.

Handy central hotel, literally a few mins walk from the railway station. Nice big rooms, unfortunately no Air Con which we desperately needed during our stay as the outside temperature was hitting the 30s.

The property had a decent shower, however, was not aware of all the construction they are in the middle of doing, until it was to late to cancel. Also, breakfast selection was slim, especially at the price we paid. Parking was horrible, and not very well marked. I would add photos but, even though there is a place to add, the link is not working. I would advise looking for other hotels and pass this one by.

If I could give the hotel just a big fat zero I would. Their customer service is deplorable unacceptable and nonexistent. Due to an airline situation we were not able to go to Florida and I was unable to cancel until the morning of my arrival. They charged me full seven nights stay when the hotel was completely surrounded in scaffolding and I canceled 24 hours late. I begged for a refund I emailed got no response begged some more and then they threatened me that if I didn't stop emailing I would never get a refund. Guess what I did not get even one night's refund of my seven nights. I have stayed in this hotel at least five times before and I used to love it. And I am quite certain that the renovation whenever it's finished and whenever they decide to tell you about it, it will be lovely. But they don't care about their customers and they refuse to work with you and I would never stay here again ever

Hotel very well located (near the Hauptbahnhof), room with a great size, breakfast excellent. Overall a very good benefit hotel.

Great location and near the train station. The lovely city of Fulda is a gem.

Workers are super friendly, placement of the hotel is perfect, as there are many shops, restaurants and places to visit around the hotel.

this hotel is excellent, with friendly helpful staff. location is 5 minutes walk from Fulda train station. the only criticism is to have better blackout curtains to eliminate outside lighting. we would stay here again.

We were surprised by the size, comfort and the quality of the room. I would consider the Invite Hotel a 3.5 star facility. The breakfast room is on the ground floor with a view of the street to watch all the early morning happenings of central Fulda. While the reception area is small, it's very adequate. The check-in service was quick, professional and friendly. The directions to the elevator and rooms was very good. The Invite hotel also has an automated reserve/check-in kiosk outside the "after hours" door. The room decor was extremely nice and very modern. It was also very large with a double bed and a large comfy sitting sofa. The work desk area was very good and plenty of electrical connections were available. WiFi was extremely fast with a very strong signal. The bathroom was also quite large and very well organized and extremely clean. Parking is available in the hotel's underground garage (nightly charge) or nearby street parking was also available for a small hourly charge (from 0800-1800). The main train station is a 3-5 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants within a 1 minute to 5 minutes walking distance in the city center area. The Castle and Gardens are a 10-12 minute stroll and a few more minutes to the beautiful Fulda Cathedral. We were so impressed by the amenities of the Invite hotel we already confirmed a reservation for next year!

Very close to the railway station which made it very easy to get to. Friendly staff who made us feel at home. Room was spacious.

One city block from train station. Less than five minute walk to historic center. Excellent breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal. fruit,selection of bread.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay in Fulda. It is a lovely town with lots of character & plenty to see. The hotel was easily accessible from the station with shops including many bakeries, cafes & restaurants nearby. The Wifi was good. The hotel was clean but had stains on sofa & carpets making it a little. Tired looking. The bed was comfortable & room we had was quiet. A hotel that suited our needs & was affordable.

Easy 2 minute walk from station. 5 minute walk into historic town centre. Staff friendly, breakfast good. A very pleasant hotel well maintained. Would happily stay there again and I recommend it.

Had to go to FULDA as my granddaughter had to have an operation. Hotel couldn't have been better situated for taxi and railway station (2 minute walk) Hotel was 3 star but very pleasantly surprised at the standard. Paid for single room but had a twin room allocated on top floor great view overlooking main street lovely & quiet of an evening. Bit chaotic checking in as 2 other people at same time but don`t speak German so didn't know what was going on but staff were all very helpful. Facilities in room were very basic but wonderful shower room & spotless couldn't fault the housekeeping. Would recommend it definitely it. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on food but have a snack machine on 3rd floor.If I had to go back again wouldn't hesitate to use again.
