Value for money, good service and the rooms clean and comfortable.

The room was ok clean but the water was very slow. Aircond no switch can control on / off, check in room time, new amik management time 20min new on airccond. At 3am wake the hot room, the hotel aircond off, tomorrow morning check out the aircond counter. The hotel does turn off airconds from 3am to 4am daily. It costs RM1xx more but the hotel wants to cut costs.

Strategic location and affordable. Clean!

Despite the name Suraya, the Chinese-owned hotel is located strategically in the city. The room is spacious and comfy. However, parking lot is very limited.

The check-in process is very slow, takes 1 hour. the room is very dirty. Much of dust and hair everywhere. Dirty bathroom, dirty duvet, dirty bed sheet. dust is everywhere. At that time there was a guest who got caught in the elevator, but the staff just kept quiet. Not recommended for staying here.

Ideal, clean, satisfactory facilities, if the TV channels need to be added, for a large family is not suitable.

Rooms are ok, cool airconds, good spacious, central city of kuantan, only parking problem is minimal, if time crowded stay parking xde.

Superb room. I booked twin room. It was fantastic at a very low online price. But the drawback is only that no aircond remote available. The hotel didn't even provide in every room. It's automatic aircond where you can't control it. Just imagine at night, you are freezing like hell. Lol

Friendly staff, the hotel needs to add staff as it is too late. When asked to the staff on duty. The hotel is not enough for the room to pack. It took quite a while to check in.
