Upon arrival, I inspected the beds and both were littered with hair(s) and crumbs. It was quite obvious the linens/bedding had not been changed prior to my arrival. I took numerous photos and videos of such and notified Christian, front office manager. He asked him to please come view the room with me but he refused and said I would have to contact Expedia, third party, in order to inquire about a refund. He stated he could've processed a full refund had the room been booked directly through Holiday Inn or if I had been a rewards member.
