Great one night stay

Good hotel in a convenient location. Staff were helpful and friendly. It is slightly dated decor wise but is a good base for exploring. Comfy bed and useful kitchenette.

easy check-in and parking, snacks and free sunscreen available at the pool, overall very clean and tidy. the only thing I didn't like was the shower curtain and how dark the bathroom was. the tub didn't drain very well.

Perfect location for the strip, great staff very clean

Staff so welcoming and friendly, property located 5 minutes walk from strip. Taxi to Old town or Marina just about 5 minutes also and cheap. Supermarket just across the road. Great balconies plenty of room and good amenities.

They where very accommodating we got there early they let us change into our bathing suits and go to the pool and stored our luggage for us until our room was ready.

While the property seems old and in need of some updating, it was clean and seemingly weep-managed. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating.

Too many stags hens and parties, definitely not for a quiet relaxing holiday, traffic noise from road woke us up at 5.30 am, so was moved. staff were mostly really nice, not for people with walking difficulties, no wheelchair access available, has a lift straight into hotel for disabled, but when used it was told it’s not for guests to use, all they had to do was press a button in reception, so no would not go there again

Excellent staff.

Staff were all lovely and super helpful. Made us feel very welcome and at home. However on our second night our toilet broke and started flooding our bathroom. We rang reception about the problem and they said they would send someone to fix it the following day. That next evening the toilet broke again and when we called reception they then told us that no one had actually been sent to fix the toilet and that the cleaners just cleaned up the mess from the following day. For the majority of our trip we had to use the bathroom in reception which was 2 floors down. We also couldn’t even use the shower comfortably as there was toilet water all over the floor. The staff were lovely about the situation but I feel like we should have been allowed to move rooms because of this.

Very nice hotel, staff very friendly also which is a huge plus. Room cleaned regularly which is great. Pool area lovely for families, with a kids pool ideal.

Nice little hotel in a good location for everything you need, there’s a couple of local pubs and supermarkets nearby but then you have the strip (10 min walk) and the old town (25 min walk) not to far away, you can get a taxi or a tuk-tuk and be there in mins. The pool was good with loads of beds and a snack bar for the usual things and alcoholic drinks. The rooms were decent enough although ours looked out onto a busy roundabout. I would happily stay here again if I travelled to Albufeira.
