Great hotel with convenient parking and staff at the front desk at all times. It's close to many popular restaurants and easy to get around.

This is a quiet hotel with a lovely price, located in the heart of the city with convenient access to transportation. There are many famous restaurants nearby, and a gas station with a 7-Eleven is close by. I was impressed with the staff; they were professional, polite, and friendly.

Whenever I go to Udon Thani, I always stay here because it's in the city, the price is reasonable, and the staff are friendly and provide good service. The only downsides are that the bathroom system seems a bit unsafe – sometimes the hot water doesn't work, there's sometimes standing water, and the rooms aren't very soundproof. Overall, everything else is okay. I'll stay here again when I'm in Udon Thani.

I'm usually a regular customer at this hotel whenever I return to Udon Thani, but this time I found the room to be quite old, unclean, and musty. The floor and bed were dusty, the air conditioner smelled musty, and the water heater didn't work on the second day of my stay. The bedding, towels, pillows, and blankets looked very old and smelled musty. If these areas were improved, I would consider staying here again.

The room was very nice. Every time I go to Udon Thani, I never change my mind about staying there.

The staff in the evening are not cute. But the morning shift staff is smiling. There is a makeup seat, but there is no light, quite dark. The room is clean. Rated 6 out of 10.
