Amazing hotel, has everything you need for a relaxing time, close to the beach and shops, easy to navigate around, beautiful weather and scenery, water park is amazing, entertainment amazing, very recommended

Food Labelling; appalling I wouldn’t recommend this hotel purely based on this. Especially if you have specific diet preference, intolerance or allergy. There was a vague attempt at labels but it definitely wasn’t clear or consistent. Entertainment: Oh dear, it was a bit of a mess in the evening with screechy presenters

Great 3* all inclusive, good value for what you pay. Brilliant team of entertainment staff really great for the kids. Good selection of food and again for a 3* it’s fine and what you’d expect, lots of variety and options throughout the day at the snack bar too. Rooms a bit basic and shower flooded each time we used it but the room on the whole was clean and hygienic. Comfy beds and pillows!

Amazing, loved it. Great location. We even had a holiday cat !

It was a truly relaxing break, we had a lovely time - the food cooked on the hotplate was first class, lovely staff, and free beer on tap, just avoid the wine

We had a great time. Can’t fault anything. Maybe add an extra sunbed for each apt. There is one!

Value for money, ok for people on a budget.

Nice refurbished bungalows but the dividing door is an issue you can hear every word from neighbours.

Overall good experience, with few things to improve. Entertainment was quite bad, we ended up walking by promenade nearly every evening because of that. All inclusive food is ok, do not expect 5 star service, if you not fussy you always find something to eat, but trays needs to be changed much quicker! Our advice to come to canteen at it opening, less stress! Bungalow was quite small but very nice with comfy beds. Also cleaning was dry only, so quite dirty. Wifi not included, and very expensive as you pay per user, not per bungalow at a cost of €25 per week. Wifi quality was very bad especially in the evening. Aqua Lava was great and just 5 min walk from our bungalow. Overall pleasant experience, but we probably won't return.

Very nice complex, would definately recommend to a friend, staff were so friendly and helpful. Perfect for families, plenty for children to do.

Brilliant stay for families, waterpark, pool great. Beach just a short walk away.

Upon walking into the main reception the noise of the children / parents made me think we had made a mistake... we wasn't looking for a loud Butlin's holiday with a poor buffet service etc. However once we got to our apartment the noise level was non existent and our rooms were clean and tidy. Upon venturing back to the all inclusive buffet we were very pleased with the choice and quality.. Something for everyone and even if the burgers didn't look appetizing the salads would make up for it. Overall for what we paid and what we received we couldn't complain and if you have children and want to find somewhere in Lanzarote to go then we cannot fault this location. Even if you are a couple wanting a relaxing holiday, once away from the central pool/dining area its peaceful.

Overall the hotel wasnt too bad. Nice big pools and water park was great. Friendly staff and entertainment team were great. The selection of All Inclusive drinks was really poor worst I have experienced on our previous holidays. Also the free wifi is not for everyone it all depends on your tour operator and to our disapointment booking via hotels.com didn't include wifi and was quite expensive if you wanted to pay for it. The bungalows were quite small inside but you spend most of your time out and about anyway, Tv had 2 english channels one was news. Would we go again? Perhaps not think we would look around and go to another hotel.

Good value for money!! Really enjoyed my stay here. Playa flamingo beach just 5 mins walk from the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well. Can't wait to go back.

We had a great break here and this 3 star hotel delivers way more than we expected - it was brilliant value and the food was really excellent with a great choice... All the staff worked really hard and were incredibly friendly...the cleaning staff were so friendly and cheery... The hotel was far busier than we expected for this time of year but that was a good thing as it created a great atmosphere and the staff coped so well... Having access to the water park was a huge bonus for us and we would definately return to the hotel again and recommend it no problem.

We have just returned from Relaxia Lanzasur club. The stay was a pleasurable experience and we are looking forward to go back there maybe next year. The information I am looking for in other reviews are food, facilities, staff, cleanliness and beach. The Relaxia offers good value for your money. The food: good variety and available through the day in the restaurant or pool bar. Help yourself beer, wine or non alcoholic beverages. All inclusive drinks in the bar or pool. Facilities: Its ageing slowly but still good, no aircon in our bungalow. WIFI cost €25 per week and it works in only one device. It might be cheaper to buy Spanish prepaid sim with 600MB internet allowance for €10. Cleanliness: Room smelled nice when we arrived and I have seen many ladies cleaning the bungalows. The fresh towels every 3 days. I found papers under the bed though. Staff: Very friendly and the biggest asset if the hotel. Children are well entertained after dinner, not much for adults but there are games near the pool. Beach: clean and nice beach located within 5 minutes walk. The best beach is in Papagayo, 20 minutes drive, it costs €3 to enter and a bit harsh ride as no asphalt. Free entry to hotel own aqua park. Enjoy your stay!

Never a fan of all inclusive and now I know why. A gin and tonic that tasted only of flat tonic even after asking for a gin top up. Didn't drink it and even after purchasing a premium drink felt it was watered down . Food was ok but dull in general but the most amazing thing was dinner was over and done with by 9pm. I prefer to eat around 8.30 but by this time the choice was limited and by 9pm everything had been cleared away! Who closes their restaurant at 9pm? On the positive side the rooms are good and the complex is well laid out. Pool bar staff were great. Reception lacked staff and insufficient information is provided at check in. Overall probably represents good value for families who want to eat and drink all day without worrying about the cost.

Water park excellent. very good food .very clean

Nice and friendly staff, they are working really hard to provide good service. I was in few different hotels and this one has one of the best meals . Choice is not impressive but everybody will find something to it. Great chose of different vegetarian dishes. Good quality. Aqua park is small but clean and safe. Great fun for kids. Clining service is 5 times a week and towels changing every 2-3 days, what is more than enough.

Good fun for kids , very spacious rooms, for a 3 star hotel is absolutely fantastic. My only problem is that the food was far from good
