Best Family Experience for Staycation A very enjoyable staycation with my family (3 children). The room was clean. The kids loved the clean bathroom and enjoyed soaking in the bath. Ambiance/Facilities: The atmosphere was very pleasant, all the room facilities were functioning well. Food: The breakfast menu was varied, delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive. The clowns, Tutu and Titi, were especially helpful with the kids. Staff Assistance: Very friendly, and any disputes were resolved satisfactorily. Highlights: Several outdoor activities for children were quite fun and allowed for a great time with the family. Price: The price is quite reasonable for what was offered, perhaps due to the peak season during the year-end holidays. Location: Close to several natural tourist attractions in Dago, but it's recommended to bring a private vehicle for easy access to and from the hotel.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and very helpful. To the lady in the restaurant whoever it is, your service is champion. Unexpectedly when we went out at night around 11 pm, a buggy driver came and asked if we could take them to the hotel lobby or not... Unfortunately I forgot your name, it was truly an initiative that deserves a thumbs up. So far everything is good except, in the toilet area because I just entered the room when I checked in the toilet there was tissue and the glass door was dirty... It's really a shame that with the service that has been provided but the cleanliness is very lacking.
