Very cool, upgraded the room 2 levels

The hotel is great, the service is friendly, the rooms are super comfortable and clean. I'll definitely come back next time.

When I went there in the middle of the night, the lights went out, the refrigerator wasn't cold.

It was a very memorable stay here, the staff were all friendly, the service was fast, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious and varied.

When we come to check in, my mother went to the bathroom and she went out with a very unpleasant face saying the bathroom is very dirty. What I feel surprise is this is suppose to be 5 star hotel but it looks so old and untidied. However the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Please spent some times and budget to renew the hotel. The bathroom in the room is a little bit dirty, have stains too. The bedsheets smells like used bedsheets. Too bad my mom feels uncomfortable here as this is her first time. Breakfast have many varieties although the taste wasnt really nice but okay it is fine.

The staff are all friendly, the breakfast menu is extensive, varied, and delicious. The rooms and all hotel facilities are nice and clean. Except for breakfast, for a hotel like Intercon, you have to queue for a very long time to get into the restaurant.

First time staying here and the service is very good, for mobility from the parking area to the hotel/vice versa, we pick up and drop off using a boogie car. The breakfast menu is very varied, and I think the taste is delicious. There is a playground area and swimming pool too. The only minus is, when I feel in the bathroom, I can clearly hear the voices of people from the bathroom next door, people passing by in the corridor area can also be heard a little. The view from the room is very good, while having tea on the sofa bed, overall it is very comfortable to stay here

Stayed here many times with family and partner always satisfying the service. My room was upgraded for free to Junior Suite Room by Ms. Lavinia & when checking out I complained on the last night there was a dead cockroach next to the bed near the window & I received an apology and a goodie bag. The breakfast taste is standard / ordinary (no significant improvement). Pastries & desserts are delicious.

Everything is nice and good, only the bad thing is if you want to go out it's kind of far and need to use a car or motorbikes. It's a suggestion, what if the hotel do some sight seeing car that goes to famous places in scheduled time, it's a plus I think.

the room was very spacious, clean, the staffs are so helpful and kind. the pool was pretty and the water is very fresh. there are lots of activities for children and during breakfast there was some interactive clowns too. my family and i enjoyed it very much

Fast service from the lobby. Thanks for the floor manager & front desk, as soon as I arrived in line, they immediately opened a new counter so I didn't have to queue again. This is not my first stay and it is even more impressive with the clean, well-maintained, comfortable, classy hotel conditions with the best view, varied breakfast. And I really appreciate the hotel team's efforts to provide entertainment facilities for children. I certainly expect a more memorable experience on my next visit.

The view of the city at night and in the morning is really nice. The service is responsive.

Staying at Intercon Dago Pakar was quite disappointing for a five-star hotel. The refrigerator was not cold and the temperature could not be adjusted, the TV remote was broken, and the technician took quite a long time to arrive. The bathroom floor looked crusty, and the room view was only facing a regular garden. The breakfast was also standard, nothing special. With an experience like this, I even hesitated to order room service. Too bad, the expectations were higher than the reality.

My family's favorite place to staycation in Bandung.. Kids friendly, lots of comfortable and clean children's play areas, the staff are also very helpful in helping us. Can't wait to another staycation at intercontinental dago.

Friendly and fast service, clean rooms and complete amenities, hot water is always available. However, the pool is still not warm water.
