room quite big, aircond quite dirty, so need to be clean by technician. after cleaning by technician, cold already.

Just a suggestion, perhaps an indoor playground would be nice (we always asked about it and were directed to the outdoor one), as it's the rainy season and sometimes we're too lazy to go up and down. As for the rooms, the design is great, especially the bathtub, which has a sliding door facing the bed, so you can keep an eye on the kids playing with bubbles while lying down. The TV is also smart. And a coffee machine would be a great addition, as most 5-star hotels already have coffee machines. As for the location, it's in Dago Pakar, but it's close to good restaurants, so you don't have to travel far into town. The gym is also pretty good.

Very good, the only downside is that the refrigerator is broken. Maybe next time, they'll pay more attention to the room facilities. Thank you.

Best Family Experience for Staycation A very enjoyable staycation with my family (3 children). The room was clean. The kids loved the clean bathroom and enjoyed soaking in the bath. Ambiance/Facilities: The atmosphere was very pleasant, all the room facilities were functioning well. Food: The breakfast menu was varied, delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive. The clowns, Tutu and Titi, were especially helpful with the kids. Staff Assistance: Very friendly, and any disputes were resolved satisfactorily. Highlights: Several outdoor activities for children were quite fun and allowed for a great time with the family. Price: The price is quite reasonable for what was offered, perhaps due to the peak season during the year-end holidays. Location: Close to several natural tourist attractions in Dago, but it's recommended to bring a private vehicle for easy access to and from the hotel.

It's all cool... the kids are happy too... cool photo spots. But it's a shame I used Prame for the voucher photo, it's very expensive for the file alone...
