They didn’t gave us room which we booked, No customer service at all, reception lady was very rude and asked for more money to give us see view room which we booked terrible customer service

Staff were very nice! The breakfast buffet had lots of variety and was very good.

It was a good stay. However checking in was quite out of order. Hotels.Com booking was not showing at the hotel system and we had to call hotels.Com to get it sorted. It was very hard to get a number to call hotels.Com. When we called it was an international call and the phone kept on taking us into a loop.

For the first day service was very bad I have requested for a water for 2 hours and no one has responded but the next day when I requested they have given plenty of photo for the trip overall cleaningness is very good, food options are not there. Neither vegeterian food options.

The hotel was perfect for my family of four for a short stay. the location is very convenient. The hotel is clean and quite. The staff are very friendly and the reception desk were very kind and quick during check in and out. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time I will visit dammam.

Great option for practical and business traveling. Received free upgrade to a larger room which was great. The only thing I wouldn't suggest is not to pay extra for the breakfast as it has limited options.

The hotel was good but the photos are much much better than reality, it is mentioned on Hotels.com that the Balcony Sea view suite sleeps 5 people (up to 4 children), but actually, it has only one King size bed and one chair bed (Not sofa bed), so for a family, if the parents are going to use the King bed, how will the 3 children fit in one chair bed!? even if the King bed will accommodate 2 adults + 1 child, it is very difficult for a chair bed to sleep 2 children together. I asked for an extra bed, and they offered an infant bed for free that didn't fit my 10 years child size, I asked to replace it with the extra bed but they offered an extra chair bed for a 100 SR. -It was mentioned on Hotels.com that the hotel is a 4-Star hotel, however, the hotel is officially 3 stars rated as per the receptionist's confirmation. -The Sea view is average and very far. The breakfast food menu is so limited but the quality and service were great. The best thing about the hotel is Mr Sanjay in the restaurant, he was very professional, helpful and provided a great service for us and the rest of the guests, I highly appreciate his efforts.
