Having free access to the sauna was a bonus, but the dining options are limited. It's a bit of a walk to local stores or restaurants nearby.

Spa on property was very clean - recommend you use at least once during your stay.

Outdated amenities, location irrelevant to tour spots, poorly maintained room, price, etc.

Although the hotel was built long time ago, the room and facilities were nicely maintained. I liked the cleaniness of the room, the fitness club that has access the cozy sauna (two free entrance per night). I had awesome buffet dinner and breaksfast at Island restaurant in the first floor for decent prices. Since I stayed there for my business trip to Samsung Heavy Industries which is 7 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Overall, I recommend this hotel for those seeking a calm and clean hotel in Geoje. Thank you.

투숙 중 하우스키핑이 노크조차도 없이 그냥 문을 열고 들어왔습니다. 심지어 Do Not Disturb 사인을 켜놓은 상태였습니다. 체크아웃을 했는지 아직 투숙 중인지조차 체크가 안 될 정도로 시스템이나 관리가 상당히 미비한 것 같았고, 체크인부터 체크아웃에 이르기까지 원활하거나 매끄럽게 진행된 경우가 단 한 번도 없었습니다. 개인적으로 가장 최악의 투숙 경험입니다.

A very comfortable stay with professional demeanor and efficiency at check in. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. Breakfast was excellent too.

I like the style of this property which is modern and clean however there is not much option in Breakfast Res and a bit ashamed the quality of food bcz you are the 5 Star hotel.

Nice hotel but there's no need to pay extra for sea-view/ city view. There's nothing to see.

The Samsung Hotel is the only western hotel on the Island. The staff and the buffets at the hotel restaurant were excellent.
