Room was cleaned and left in spotless condition. Food was great and lots of variety.

there was no hot water in the room for half of our stay and no hot water for the whole time.

Safe place, super friendly staff, nice to relax with the family.

The place is a bit dated but very well kept, staff is super friendly, educated and helpful (5 stars to the staff ) my next door neighbors where really loud, music until 4am but nothing that can’t be fixed if you call the front desk.The green areas are beautiful, sunsets are spectacular!! breakfasts are delicious. I would come back, and yes I recommend.

Great place for families!

Fuimos con mi esposo para el finde semana, la piscina y áreas en común estaban muy llenas, hay un único restaurante y es al aire libre, lo que no es bueno considerando los zancudos, mientras cenábamos se fue la luz, y no tienen planta, así que dormimos sin luz hasta las 12:30 AM, no volveríamos ahí, para nada

Excellent service

Pros: it is a nice property with many amenities. My favorites, AC, pool, easy parking and a boat deck. A restaurant. Cons: (we went in June, so it may change depending on the season) Way too many no-see-ums, I had at least 200 bites, that caused me and allergic reaction. My eyes were swollen. The 2 restaurants had the same menu, and the food was a bit bland. The menu is limited too. They said they offer room service but it took so long to get just coffee. The kids pool was dirty and looked outdated. The private beach had feces. The property does have a fridge, microwave and stove which was convenient, though we only used the fride. During our stay we had to call someone to fix the AC once.

Front desk very helpful. Friendly, restaurant also.

Spacious room with great amenities, family friendly. Pool could have been cleaned, visible dirt and leaves in pool. Playground area for children and volleyball areas were great.

Access to the beach and activities was fantastic!

It’s really beautiful and quiet. Serene, kid-friendly, privacy for adults, all amenities, beautiful farm and wild animals. Felt like a honeymoon all over again.
