Not very clean, dusty, not tasty food

The atmosphere is good, but the bathroom is stinking, the air conditioner is loud when checking in, there is a problem with booking in advance. Lose emotions since entering Want to improve the smell and lose the air because the air conditioner is old and it's loud Very annoyed when sleeping

The TV is very old, dirty towels with mucus attached. Went to check in and still couldn't get in for 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Went to have a company to organize a very loud event No privacy, chaos, good

The power outage cannot be accommodated due to the air conditioner not available. The bathroom was dirty. The staff did not allow to cancel the room as well. Notice to postpone the stay for another day instead of losing a lot of feelings.

Had an awesome stay at Brookside. Must visit especially for family with kids. The place need some renovation though like repainting, fixing broken tiles. I will visit again and recommend with friends if they have it renovated.

Dinner is a delicious set to choose .. Accommodation is wide, but the bathroom door is not closed. Like a door wider than the edge ..

Big room. Good food with reasonable price. Great activities for kids. Will definitely go there again :)

The place is perfect for relaxing. The atmosphere is similar to traveling in Europe. Beautiful rooms, clean, equipment with a variety of activities to choose from. Breakfast is very good. I would like to have wifi in the room as well.

Great view, good food, but if you do not like the activities the resort has to offer will not be fun.

Good evening dinner set much food and delicious. Some sites have bird nest will be some poor scent. Adventure site staffs are very friendly

(Curry paste with mushroom) but add shrimp to be willing to pay, but the front desk staff solemnly. I do not know what to write in the menu.

The room was located far away from the lobby and pool. Good breakfast

Deluxe lake view room is so great, very clean, comfortable, and feel safety. Everything is gonna be great to stay here for relax.

Brookside is great but Hilly Park zone is not comfort for stay and very not clean. Recommend you to stay Lake A more is great and comfort.

Very nice place, delicious food, lovely staff. The bathroom was slippery on the day that the old man had just checked out. Housewives quickly clean up. The bathroom is so wet and smells like the bathroom floor.

Some places are not updated. Look down Receptionist The elderly are not good at talking. Every time I do not update it. Another great place to sleep. The staff is very good.
