The staff is very good, and the manager is very good. I rented there and my flight was delayed so I contacted the reception to support me to stay longer and check in late around 18:00 and was told the cost was 300k more. I went to Hanoi to work so that day I went out early so around 13:00 I returned to my room and the staff came up to ask me to leave the room to clean for the next guest. I explained that I had contacted the reception in advance and the request was accepted, the staff said ok ok and I went to take a shower 5 minutes later the staff knocked on the door and asked me to go down to see the manager to explain while I was a customer. In the end, I was still forced to check out with very funny reasons and no respect for customers.

The hotel is clean, tidy, enthusiastic staff. Willing to invite us to check in 1 hour in advance while we hadn't even asked. The male receptionist sang English very well 😆

The room is not as nice and clean as in the picture. The floor and corners of the room are very dusty, the air conditioner is old and not cool. There are also cockroaches.

The bathroom door is old and can't be closed. The hotel location and staff are very good, but the furniture is old and the bed sheets are also torn and they still refuse to remove them. So the price is quite reasonable, probably because of this.

Room is clean, spacious, quiet. Has a balcony. The only downside is that early check-in is not allowed. I completely understand that cleaning can take until 2pm. However, when I wanted to check in at 11am, I was refused not for this reason. It is simply a rule that early check-in is not allowed. Be flexible when possible

Lễ tân cho mình phòng chưa được dọn, lúc mình bảo lại thì cho mình phòng bé hơn, đèn phòng thì hỏng, cửa nhà vệ sinh thì không đóng được, phòng bẩn và cũ, mốc meo. Ai mà để xe ở đấy phải mất thêm 30k phí để xe nữa nhá. Nói chung khách sạn rất rất tệ từ dịch vụ đến phòng mình sẽ không bao giờ nơi này nữa như một cái nhà nghỉ !!
