Beautiful hotel and the man from reception was nice enough to let me make a cup of tea, the bed is nice and firm which is how I like it and it’s dressed with cosy high quality cotton bedding, I like this place because it isn’t pretentious and it makes you feel like you’re at home instead of a hotel and fellow stayers are also very friendly it had a nice down to earth vibe and they have a handy soap dispenser in the shower which has nice smelling soap which is so handy so guests don’t need to bring their own and you have nice privacy within the hotel with relaxing dim lighting in corridors so you feel like you can just be yourself unlike other hotels where they feel too open, bright and crowded like people are watching you like Travelodge for example. I’ll be extending my stay due to homely and cosy this place is. Also if you book online you get a fantastic price but due to being in a rush I just paid at reception for convenience.

Really bad experience smelly washroom no much facilities available. Veery very dirty it's better to book another hotel don't stay here . Location 0 , room 0 service 0 . From my side . I book it through travel stay they said give a review and we give you 2.50 pounds I m nt get it plz dnt give any review like that

its standard i think price should be cheaper if offered these kind of room place need a clean white paint all over.

Great hotel, chess in the reception to gave a sophisticated feel to this east London palace. Staff were very hygeinic using frebreeze as deoderent and air fresher. It's so refreshing to see a hotel that cares about the envrironment and their carbon footprint. 5/5 would recommend.

For your safety please avoid this hotel. The toilet, the bed is broken, it makes noise when you move it, the door lock is not good, everything is very bad, dust on the toilet mirror, dirt inside the toilet and the person sitting at the counter is also rude.
