Extremely disappointed, worst accommodation ever stayed in, dirty, with hair on the beds, bugs we had to kill, not even hand soap in the bathrooms. They make you the cleaners and the housekeepers of the place. In addition to all this, the customer service is horrendous. We especially had bad experiences with the so called “manager”, “Guy”, who treated us very badly and with no level of professionalism. Stay away.

The absolute WORST experience of my life staying here. “Guy” at the front desk, who claimed he owns the entire campground here (I highly doubt that with his attitude), is possibly the worst customer service agent I have ever seen. DO NOT STAY here. A few reasons (in addition to Guy’s attitude) below: - we arrived to bugs EVERYWHERE in the chalet. There are bugs in the beds, on the couches, in the fridge - there was hair everywhere in the chalet. The mattress was disgusting. - they do not keep this place clean or taken care of - you have to put all of your bedsheets and towels and carry it 20 minutes to their reception. You have to take out the garbage. You’re basically paying to do all of the work yourself, and in a place that is DISGUSTING DO NOT stay here. Go anywhere but here.

Stay is nice. Restaurant is good. Pool is temp controlled. Sp n jacuzzi is also thr. It's surrounded with hills.

They are so stingy — they didn’t even want to give us dishwasher tabs, something I’ve never experienced anywhere else. There wasn’t even hand soap available. On top of that, the rooms were not clean, and the furniture is unbelievably old and worn out. Nothing looks like the photos online. Very disappointing.
